★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngga kecewa sama Dokternya, dokternya Expert dalam bidang persalinan untuk pelayanan dan kebersihan Nol besar. Susternya ngga ramah, mandiin bayinya ngga bersih terus untuk toiletnya Bau Pesing jauh dari kata steril. Mohon untuk manajemen nya agar di perbaiki untuk Costumer Care dan Service Excellent. Ingat pelayanan Jasa harus terbaik apalagi pelayanan dalam bidang kesehatan
 Not disappointed with the doctor, the doctor is an expert in the field of delivery for service and cleanliness. The nurse is not friendly, the baby is not clean and the toilet is not clean. The smell of urine is far from sterile. Please improve the management for Customer Care and Excellent Service. Remember services must be the best, especially services in the health sector

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya oke banget. Bidan dan suster nya baik-baik, ramah dan responsif.
Area di dalam RS nya bersih. Yg paling oke recovery after sectio cesarean nya. Jahitan Dokter Syamsu Rizal nya rapihhhh. Harganya sangat terjangkau. Pihak RS nya pro ASI dan tidak memberikan sufor di awal kelahiran.
The service is very good. The midwife and nurse are kind, friendly and responsive.
The area in the hospital is clean. The best thing is recovery after cesarean section. Doctor Syamsu Rizal's stitches are neat. The price is very affordable. The hospital is pro breastfeeding and does not give formula at the beginning of the birth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya lahiran disini, ampun dah ga diajarin cara DBF gimana, bener2 asi ga keluar diajarin kek gimana caranya biar keluar ujung2nya saya minta sufor dan kalian tau apa langsung dikasih dong sama perawatnya padahal katanya ini rs pro asi.. pas masuk kamar aja acnya panas sampe saya bawelin ke dr syamsu (yg punya rs) dulu baru dicuci itu ac, trus kamar mandinya engga banget jorok
I was born here, sorry, I haven't been taught how to do DBF, really breastfeeding doesn't come out, you're taught how to get it out in the end, I asked for support and you know what the nurse gave straight away, even though they said it was a pro breast milk hospital.. just when I entered the room, the air conditioner was hot until I referred to Dr. Syamsu (who has RS) first and then I washed the AC, then the bathroom wasn't really dirty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and inexpensive cecarean prices here are up to 7juta cheaper. The open areas were not very cool, but perhaps this is how they are saving much money. Facility looks very clean for the most part and inside they use good tiles which will be easy to keep clean.
