★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the oldest mom and kids hospital. I have my first son born here. The service was good. At that time they also provide service to help new parents made birth certificate. Since it has limited space parking area, it is better to go there by taxi. And also be prepared to wait in queue if you choose famous doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The very crowd on Saturday, they have many chairs and sofa for all patients and parents. They also have playing room for kids while waiting for the line. I think they have good and updated technology. Unfortunately, they have limited parking area. For a big hospital with many visitors, they should prepare a huge parking area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst hospital in Jakarta. It's very pricey but old and dirty. The nurses don't care about their patients and they are very rude and loud. They talk and laugh so loud during day time and night time, it's very disturbing, we couldn't sleep at all. Their service is super slow as well. The only reason I came here is ONLY cause of the doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here because of the list of good doctors. but the services are below the standard.
- 3 times made appointment for consultation and came to the assigned hour, ended up waiting for 3-4 hours.
- the administration team is sooo slow, supposed to have the surgery in the morning. but couldnt even confirm from the night before for the time. called at midnight only to inform of uncertainty of the schedule and called again at 6 am to have the surgery om that day!
- even for taking the result of the blood test had to wait 1 week! and i should have the surgery on that day.
woooooorst! better to find other hospital if u could! not recommended at all despite the doctor is good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After years have treatment at the RSIA, this evening we have a bad experience at the emergency room and met with the unprofessional doctor named MARU.
To RSIA MANAGEMENT, Please consider assigned her ( Doctor MARU ) to the emergency room. She is not ready yet and lack of sense.
Perhaps what was happened with my family at the emergency room, did not occur with other patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a green zone hospital which they always do PCR test to everyone before enter the hospital.
I've seen that all staff are strictly with the health protocol.
Also every staff member are so kind and generous with their time. We owe the incredible doctors and nurses here so much. Thanks!
