★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah sakit rujukan nasional. Serasa lagi di mall. ACnya dingin sampe ke ubun ubun?,tempatnya bersih banget, nyaman walaupun rame efek gedungnya luas. Rumah sakit tapi biki n betah disini?. Kurangnya satu sihh..kantin makanya kurang dijangkau sm pengunjung
 National referral hospital. It's like being at the mall again. The air conditioner is cold to the top , the place is very clean, comfortable even though the effect of the building is large. Hospital but make n feel at home here?. The lack of one canteen, so it's not accessible to visitors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rs nya nyaman ga terlalu sumpek, jadi enak buat anak2, gedungnya baru jadi masih bagus dan dingin banget, administrasi nya udah gampang dan sudah hampir semua online jadi ga usah terlalu banyak bawa surat2, banyak tempat duduknya juga, susternya baik2
The hospital is comfortable, not too crowded, so it's good for children, the building is new so it's still nice and very cold, the administration is easy and almost everything is online so you don't have to carry too many papers, there are lots of seats too, the nurses are nice

Mohon perbaikan ekskalatornya, untuk orang hamil sangat tersiksa jalan di ekskalator tinggi yang mati

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time datang kesini untuk periksa kandungan dg metode Fetomaternal harganya 318rb. Sangat ramai sekali. Tempatnya dekat dekat pintu keluar. Pasien baru datang ke bagian informasi mengisi blanko yg disediakan dan download aplikasi RSCMku. Selanjutnya menunggu dipanggil untuk pelayanan ke masing-masing poli. Poli Fetomaternal berada di lt.2 paling ujung. Setelah pembayaran di bagian kasir bidan langsung menunggu antrian di poli Fetomaternal. Hanya yg diperiksa saja yg boleh masuk. Suami/keluarga pasien menunggu di ruang tunggu. Pelayanan bagus dan cukup ramah

Only those who are checked are allowed to enter. The patient's husband/family is waiting in the waiting room. Good service and quite friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nganter temen check up kesini. Rasanya langsung sedih gitu ada di tempat itu. Ngeliat banyak anak-anak yang sakit. Yang pake selang infus. Yang pake kursi roda. Yang terbaring di kasur pasien RS. Duh sedih banget liatnya ? ternyata seramai itu kalo kita ke RS besar yaa. Disini dokternya banyak, dan udah ada per sub spesialis gitu. Enak jadi penanganannya bisa lebih cepat, lebih efektif, dan langsung ke sasaran gitu. Meskipun tetep aja masih lebih banyak pasien yang antri. Masuk langsung cetak nomer antrian. Terus lanjut ke lantai atas, cetak kartu lagi ngga tau tuh apa, lanjut ke ruang medical check up gitu, nunggu dipanggil, abis itu baru masuk ke ruang dokter. Abis konsultasi langsung dikasih resep. Lanjut ke ruang farmasi. Ambil nomer antrian. Nunggu nomer antrian dipanggil. Kalo udah dipanggil, serahin berkas konsultasi resep yang dari dokter tadi. Abis itu tinggalin makan aja sama solat karena bisa lama banget pas mau ambil obatnya. Nah disebrang RS banyak yang jualan makanan dan minuman kok. Beli disitu aja gausah jauh-jauh. Kita juga bisa bawa makanannya ke dalem RS sambil nunggu antrian ambil obat. Btw itu eskalator di RSCM Kiara ngga ada yang nyala baik itu yang ke arah atas maupun yang ke arah bawah. Capek tau harus naik eskalator manual kaya naik tangga biasa. Itu kan buat yang sakit yaa maksudnya. Kasian aja gitu. Sedangkan kalo lift kan harus ikut ke lantai atas dulu, baru bisa ke lantai 2 nya gitu

If you have been called, hand over the prescription consultation file from the doctor earlier. After that, just leave eating and praying because it can take a very long time to take the medicine. Well, across the hospital, there are many who sell food and drinks. Buy it there, don't go far. We can also bring the food to the hospital while waiting for the queue to take the medicine. Btw, the escalator at the Kiara RSCM doesn't turn on either upwards or downwards. Tired of having to take a manual escalator like taking regular stairs. That's for the sick, I mean. It's a pity. Meanwhile, if the elevator has to go to the top floor first, then you can go to the 2nd floor
