★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The better version of RSCM, It's executive class. You need to bring the driver or take valet service due to limited parking area. Another services are good. Ready to compete international hospital standard in Indonesia. I can't take another pic, coz taking pictures off facilities inside are very prohibited

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital ever. bad service. call center doesnt help at all. waiting for the nurses to pick up the call takes more than 15 minutes, and still no one answering the phone, then the call is tuned off from their side.
after the ICU, no information given to the family even the room number. no updates can be received after the surgery.
really bad service for an executive hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time went to rscm. The kencana is new renovated building maybe just over a year. Looks clean and new hopefully can last long. Car park is very limited, to have someone else to drive is a must, so the patient do not waste time finding car park. The staffs and nurses are very friendly. A lot of experience doctors are in this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RSCM Kencana is the biggest government hospital in Indonesia which has premium services, VIP class with premium price. Located in the main road of Salemba, easy to spot with modern building and green concept. High skilled & experienced doctors, complete facilities. Its comfortable and clean lounge/waiting room, also out patients clinic areas too. Drop off area is ♿friendly, has ♿ toilet, lift is big with braille signs. There are some drug stores, cafeterias, ATM and book store too. Parking area is limited and there is no ♿ parking.
