★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruang 9 yang untuk radioterapi kenapa alatnya rusak terus yaa, kasian pasiennya sudah pada uzur terus disuruh nunggu sampe magrib2 kalo alatnya rusak, hari ini alat rusak sudah 2 kali terjadi, padahal tadi sudah diperbaiki dan ada teknisinya dan sekarang rusak lagi, mohon untuk benar2 serius menangani masalah alat yang rusak tersebut, saya sudah beberapa kali mengalami kejadian alat rusak tersebut, buat pelayanannya bagus, kendala dialat rusak aja ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ G ada ramah2nya. RSCM ksluruhan udah bagus, pas di radiologi petugas loketnya judes2, penjelasannya jadi membingungkan
There is no friendliness. The entire RSCM is already good, right at the radiology counter, the counter staff is rude, the explanation is confusing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sy kecewa sekali pelayanan di radioterapi poli 1. Sy anter istri sy kontrol Sudah hampir 2 jam nga di panggil2. Padahal sudah nga ada psien. Akhirnya sy nekat masuk ke poli. Trus sy tanya suster. Kata susternya dokternya ada acara. Kok bisa gitu ya pelayanannya.sungguh tidak fropesioal skali rumah sakit ini dengan dokternya.
I am very disappointed with the service at poly radiotherapy 1. I sent my wife for control It has been almost 2 hours without being called. Even though there is no patient. I finally decided to go to the police. Then I asked the nurse. The nurse said the doctor had an event. How can that be the service. Really, this hospital is not professional with the doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capek bgt beneran. Mau rontgen aja bolak balik ke RS. Kedatangan pertama jam 11.20 jadi udh tutup. Karena Pendaftaran cuma sampe jam 11. Kedantangan kedua cuma dijadwalin buat rontgen. Kedatangan ketiga baru rontgen. Mau rontgen doang harus bolak balik ke RS. Ceritanya mau merapikah prosedur tp justru Menyulitkan pasien. Bikin sistem yang simple aja. Kalo harus janjian ngapain harus ke radiologi. Kan lewat apps bisa
Tired really. Do you want X-rays to go back and forth to the hospital? First arrival at 11.20 so it's closed. Because registration is only until 11. The second visit is only scheduled for X-rays. New third arrival X-ray. If you want an X-ray, you have to go back and forth to the hospital. The story wants to tidy up the procedure but it makes it difficult for the patient. Just make a simple system. If you have to make an appointment, why should you go to radiology? Can you do it through apps?
