★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I choose this hospital because my doctor who serves for Brawijaya Hospital also works here, and the price is much lower than other hospital even they offer the same services! But you have to come earlier to avoid the queue. The staffs also very friendly yet helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of doctor is impolite. Blaming for insurance form which is he should fill in. And it isn't for free, we paid him. We waiting for him for 2hours cz of he was late, and his respond soooo annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees here is very slow. It is like they hate their job and work just for the sake of a monthly salary. The quality defenitely below standard. Everyone on the counter always on their mobile phone, despite a lot of customer around waiting.
I even need 20 mins just to do a single registration!
(It was personal, not insurance)
No wonder it got such low rating on google reviews.
But I do know there is several good doctor here so if you really want that specific doctor you already know about, you could come and bare with the condition.. but if you have the options, better find another hospital.
