karna pelayanan Perawat yang di bangsal srikandi Kasar bgt
apa lagi mba mba yg gemuk gapake jilbab
semoga di beri kesehatan :(

but sorry if the star is low
because the service of the nurse in the srikandi ward is very rude
What's more, the fat lady doesn't wear a hijab

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman selama periksa di RS Medika Mulya sangat bagus dari mulai pendaftaran sampai pemeriksaan di layani dengan baik.
Fasilitas RS juga semakin baik dengan di sediakan poli umum poli eksekutif.
Untuk bidan Yuni selaku PMO(Perawat Maternity Officer) sangat ramah dan sangat sabar dalam mengedukasi dan memberi saran kepada pasien ibu hamil.
Dan untuk dokter khusus kandungan sangat bagus,baik,dan sangat jelas dalam memeriksa pasien dan begitu jelas menjelaskan semuanya
Terus berkembang RS Medika Mulya dan Dan menjadi RS terbaik.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ maaf sya kurang puas dibagian pendaftaran dan juga dibagian ruang kbrt kenapa para suster/perawatan ada yg kurang menghargai saat ada keluarga yg menNyakan keadaan anaknya termasuk saya dan ada beberapa orang yg diperlakukan sama menurut saya hanya dibagian itu saja tolong lebih ramah kepada keluarga pasien .
untuk perawat diruang shinta khususnya dan juga dokter bedah terimakasih banyak mereka sangat sabar cekatan ramah semoga kalian sehat selalu panjang umur

Sorry, I'm not satisfied in the registration section and also in the kbrt room, why are there nurses/caregivers who don't appreciate it when a family asks about their child's condition including me and there are some people who are treated the same in my opinion, only in that section, please be more friendly to the patient's family.
For the nurses in Shinta's room in particular and also the surgeon, thank you very much they are very patient, deft, friendly, hope you are healthy and live a long life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat baik. Mulai dari pertama masuk sudah disambut baik oleh security dan dijelaskan untuk bagaimana proses pendaftaran. FO pelayanan juga cepat, tindakan IGD juga sigap. Pernah operasi disini dengan metode laser, 7 hari setelah operasi sudah bisa beraktifitas kembali. Dokter dan perawat juga sangat humble, untuk kebersihan kamar inap dan bangsal sangat baik. Menu makan untuk pasien pun juga sangat diperhatikan, fasilitas juga sudah mulai lengkap. Service excellent ??
Very good service. Starting from the first entry, security was welcomed and explained how the registration process was. FO service is also fast, emergency room action is also swift. I had surgery here with the laser method, 7 days after surgery I was able to return to activities. Doctors and nurses are also very humble, the cleanliness of the inpatient rooms and wards is very good. The dining menu for patients is also very important, the facilities are also complete. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan cukup responsif fasilitas ruangan kurang stop kontak area parkir sempit dan satpam kurang humanis dan kalau bisa penunggu pasien 2 orang seperti rumah sakit lainya tanpa harus antigen bagi yg sudah vaksin 2 x apalagi biaya sendiri
The service is quite responsive, the room facilities lack sockets, the parking area is narrow and the security guard is less than humane and if possible, waiting for 2 patients like other hospitals without having antigens for those who have been vaccinated twice, especially at their own expense.

Sistem pendaftaran sudah bisa online, antrian sesuai dengan urutan, pelayanan oleh bidan bidan nya ramah, edukasi ke pasien bagus.
Fasilitas RS semakin baik, terutama ada Poli tersendiri untuk pasien Umum di Poli Excecutive.
Untuk PMO ( Personal Maternity Officer) Bu Bidan Yuni,, masyaallah sangat ramah, mengedukasi pasien dengan jelas,,
Dokter spesialis kandungannya sangat detail dalam menjelaskan hasil pemeriksaan, Hasil USG juga sudah bisa diakses lewat sms sistem oleh RS jadi bisa langsung terdonwload dan tersimpan di hp kita, sangat disarankan periksa kehamilan ke dr. Cakra Sp. Og.
Semoga RS Medika Mulya makin berkembang lebih baik dan sukses selalu ???
