1. Pelayanan poli mata sangat LAMA. dokternya samaΒ² menggunakan komputer utk input data pasien tapi kalah cepat dgn pelayanan poli mata RS PKU Gamping. 2. pemanggilan pasien tidak begitu terdengar saat ramai. mohon dipanggil dgn pengeras suara krena suara mbak perawat terlalu pelan. semoga segera dievaluasi demi patient experience yg bagus. semoga lebih cepat lagi pelayanannya
1. Eye poly service is very LONG. the doctors both use computers to input patient data, but they are not as fast as the eye clinic services at PKU Gamping Hospital. 2. Patient calls are not very audible when crowded. please call by loudspeaker because the nurse's voice is too low. Hopefully it will be evaluated soon for a good patient experience. I hope the service will be faster

utk pelayanan baik tp perlu ditingkatkan, utk Rumah sakit yg tergolong baru kebersihan kurang terjaga.. ditempat antrian di depan loket juga penataannya relatif kurang rapi, mungkin jg krn kurang luas. jd ruang yg sbnrnya bukan utk loket dijadikan loket akhirnya harus disekatΒ².. perlu penambahan penunjuk arah.. semisal toilet umum.. ada toilet dipojok UGD tp tdk diberikan papan nama/penunjuk sehingga bagi pengantar yg kebelet pasti rada kebingungan..
for good service but it needs to be improved, for a hospital that is relatively new the cleanliness is not maintained... in the queue in front of the counter the arrangement is relatively untidy, maybe because it is not wide enough. So the room that wasn't actually used as a counter was used as a counter in the end, it had to be sealed.. need to add directions.. such as public toilets.. there is a toilet in the corner of the ER but no signboard/indicator is given, so for those who want to introduce themselves, there will be a bit of confusion..

Kakak saya lahiran sudah pembukaan 9 tidak ditangani sama sekali hampir 3 jam malah dicovidkan pula padahal sebelumnya dipuskesmas hasilnya negatif dan itu belum ada 24 jam, terima kasih ya untung kakak saya dan keponakan selamat karena sudah ditangani di rumah sakit yang jauh lebih baik.
My sister gave birth after opening 9 and was not treated at all for almost 3 hours, even though she was Covid-19 even though previously the result was negative at the health center and it hadn't been there for 24 hours, thank you, fortunately, my sister and nephew survived because they were treated in a much better hospital.

Parkirnya luas. Alur sistem sudah bagus. Hanya kemarin ingin konsul dokter tidak sesuai jadwal yang ada di rumah sakit

Pelayanan sangat buruk, khusus untuk laboratorium mohon untuk selalu memastikan alat uji yang digunakan, menunggu antrean dan sudah memberi sampel untuk di test selama 4,5 jam dan ternyata alat uji habis mohon ditingkatkan demi kenyamanan bersama
Very bad service, especially for laboratories, please always make sure the test equipment used, wait in line and have given samples to be tested for 4.5 hours and it turns out that the test equipment runs out, please improve for mutual convenience

Pelayanan di depan (satpam & pendaftaran ramah, baik) cuma di klinik/polinya perawat agak nggak nggatekke ya. Pasien udah dipanggil malah perawatnya ngobrol sendiriΒ² ? pasiennya bengong kan jadinya.... mohon utamakan pelayanan utk pasien dulu nggih. Urusan pribadi nanti. Terima kasih.
The service at the front (security guard & registration is friendly, good) only at the clinic/policy, the nurse is a bit unresponsive, huh. The patient has been called, even the nurse is talking to herself the patient is dumbfounded.... please prioritize service for patients first. Personal later. Thank you.

Pas Istri opname disini pelayanan dari dokter perawat serta tenaga medis sih bintang 5 pokoknya Giliran saya periksa disini, sama dokter saraf. Langsung beda banget pelayanannya 1. Nada bicaranya gaenak sama sekali 2. Sengak buanget, 3. Bukan ngasih solusi tapi malah memperumit keadaan 4. Kemaren periksa adalah pengalaman terburuk selama berurusan dengan banyak rumah sakit 5. Uda nunggu antri 1 jam belum datang dia. Good memang Yg baik cuman perawat dokter saraf aja, kalau dokternya mah ampun Ayolah pihak rumah sakit, tolong dengerin keluh kesah pasien. Nilai kalian aja under 4 bintangnya, kasian tenaga medis lain yg bekerja dengan bagus, dibuat ancur sama yg ga niat kerja kaya dokter sarafnya lho
