★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik Indosehat cabang Balaraja, pertama saya datang kondisi klinik sangat tidak bisa dikatakan sebagai klinik yg dimana pasti orang berfikir klinik itu harus bersih. Tetapi kenyataannya sebaliknya, sampah bekas makan berserakan ada di mana-mana dan di meja penerima obat itu seharusnya rapih dan bersih, namun di meja tersebut terdapat ulekan (Biasa digunakan untuk nyambel) yang tidak seharusnya ada di meja tersebut (Sepertinya habis ngerujak). Dan bau bumbu rujaknya menyebar ke seluruh ruangan. Dan di dalam klinik itu terdapat bidan yang membawa anak kecil usia sekitar 2 thn dibawa kerja, seharusnya anak kecil tidak boleh dibawa yang dimana sekarang kondisinya sedang dalam masa pandemi. Karyawan juga kurang ramah kepada pasien yang datang untuk komplen. Seharusnya pasien ditanganin dengan baik, tetapi malah dilawan balik. Karyawan juga sering bilang sedang tidak ada dokter. Untuk manajemen klinik indosehat seharusnya diadakan sidak. Kasian ownernya kalo punya karyawan seperti itu.

But in reality, on the contrary, food waste is strewn everywhere and on the table receiving the medicine it should be neat and clean, but on the table there is an ulekan (Usually used for nyambel) which should not be on the table (It seems that it has been mashed). And the smell of the rujak spice spread throughout the room. And in the clinic there is a midwife who brings a small child aged around 2 years old to work, should not have brought a small child who is currently in a pandemic period. Employees are also less friendly to patients who come to complain. The patient should be treated well, but instead fought back. Employees also often say that there is no doctor. For the management of the Indosehat clinic, an inspection should be held. Pity the owner if he has employees like that.
