★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah... Terimakasih RSU Kartika Husada, telah mambantu istri saya dalam proses persalinan, proses pengurusan administrasinyapun cepat walaupun pakai BPJS, para perawatnyapun sangat ramah, sangat memperdulikan pasien.
Semoga RS Kartika Husada Setu semakin maju berkembang dan terus membantu masyarakat.

 Alhamdulillah... Thank you Kartika Husada RSU, for helping my wife in the delivery process, the administration process was fast even though I used BPJS, the nurses were very friendly, really cared about patients.
Hopefully Kartika Husada Setu Hospital will continue to develop and continue to help the community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pernah mengantar kakak saya berobat ke igd nya, dokter nya sih ramah tapi perawat nya judes apalagi perawat yang ga pake kerudung judes banget. terus pas di ruang rawat dokter nya baik sih tapi ada perawat yang judes nama nya siti aisyah sama safira kalo gak salah..
kebanyakan main hp perawat di rawat inap nya.tolong untuk managemen nya lebih di perhatiin lagi. semoga bisa di perbaiki lagi
once took my sister for treatment to her emergency room, the doctor was friendly but the nurse was mean, especially the nurse who didn't wear a veil. then when I was in the doctor's room, it was good, but there was a nurse whose name was Siti Aisyah and Safira if I'm not mistaken..
Most of the nurses are playing on the nurses' cellphones when they are hospitalized. Please pay more attention to the management. I hope it can be fixed again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pernah berobat dan di rawat inap di sini. Pelayanan nya baik,ramah, perawat nya sigap. Berobat jalan di poli meskipun BPJS tidak di beda bedakan , perawatnya ramah,sigap, dokternya ramah.
I've been treated and hospitalized here. The service is good, friendly, the nurses are alert. Going for treatment at the poly even though BPJS is not differentiated, the nurses are friendly, alert, the doctors are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagian rawat inap tidak dilayani dengan baik, Kita komplain gaada tindak lanjutnya, kamar mandi masa airnya mati gaada capstock, ga dikasih untuk yang nunggu pasien. Penyakit nya diare tapi di beri makanannya keras. Pasien diberi sarapan nasi kuning dengan tempat bungkus styrofoam. nasi nya keras.
The inpatient department is not served properly, we complain that there is no follow-up, the bathroom when the water turns off, there is no capstock, it is not given to those waiting for patients. His illness is diarrhea but he is given hard food. The patient was given a yellow rice breakfast with a styrofoam wrapper. the rice is hard.

Anak saya ke dokter anak untuk imunisasi
Saya juga sempat ke dokter UGD pemeriksaan lab dan radiologi..
Pengalaman saya berobat di RS Kartika Husada setu sangaat memuaskan dengan pelayanannya .
Tidak pernah kecewa Alhamdulillah.
Semua dokter baik dalam penjelasan meriksa ,suster poli dan UGD juga ramah sangat mengedukasi petugas lab dan radiologi yang sangat sopan bahkan walaupun banyak pasien antri mreka kerja terlihat cekatan sampai ke penebusan obat walaupun pasien antri ttp penjelasan ke pasien dengan baik
Alhamdulillah saya puas .

My experience for treatment at Kartika Husada Hospital Setu was very satisfying with the service.

All doctors are good in explaining the examination, the poly and ER nurses are also friendly, very friendly, educate lab and radiology staff who are very polite, even though many patients are queuing, they look agile to the point of redeeming drugs, even though patients are queuing, but they explain well to patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IGD HARUSNYA CEPAT TANGGAP, Tapi ini lamanya super super lelet. Padahal saya bayar pake pribadi bukan GRATIS PAKE BPJS!!
Bawa Bayi tengah malem keadaan demam tinggi, di anggurin, suster jaga malah ngobrol, cuma di cek suhu badan,terus di tinggal nunggu sejam lebih cuma di timbang doang , beda banget sama Uni Medika, dari satpam perawat semua cepat tanggap.
Nyesel ke Kartika
IGD SHOULD RESPOND QUICKLY, but this is super super slow. Even though I paid for it personally, not FREE WITH BPJS!!
Bring the baby in the middle of the night with a high fever, in the wine, the nurse on duty even talks, just checks the body temperature, then just waits for more than an hour just to be weighed, it's very different from Uni Medika, from the security guards all are responsive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ibu saya pernah di rawat di RS kartika husada setu sekitar 1 bulan yang lalu. Ibu saya menempati ruangan kelas 3 di ruangan 222 dengan pembiayaan BPJS. Pelayanan dari semenjak datang ke IGD , pendaftaran sampai rawat inap Semua berjalan dengan baik. Hanya saja dokter spesialis nya agak galak, tapi baik kok. Terima kasih RS kartika Setu
