★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RS bersih dan terawat, tetapi tidak ditunjang SDM bagian pendaftaran yang cekatan dan profesional. Kelihatan mengetik, entah apa yang diketik. Melayani satu orang bisa lebih dari 30 menit.
 The hospital is clean and well-maintained, but is not supported by agile and professional human resources in the registration department. Looks like typing, I don't know what is being typed. Serving one person can take more than 30 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gila bener pasien g terlalu banyak pdhl masih sepi tapi mau pcr aja sampe nunggu ber jam² pendaftaran lelet bgt 1 pasien bisa makan waktu stengah jam...
Udh daftar ke WA pdhl dri semalem tapi g di daftarin sm petugasnya untuk apa ada WA RS dan suruh daftar via WA kalo pas dtg ke RS harus daftar lg???? kapok deh engga2 lg kesini payah????
It's really crazy that there aren't too many patients even though it's still quiet but I just want to work until I wait for hours, registration is so slow, 1 patient can take half an hour...
Already registered to WA pdhl last night but not registered with the staff, why is there a WA hospital and told to register via WA when you come to the hospital you have to register again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear RS Unimedika Setu. Kapan pendaftaran dan kasir dipisah ? Lalu kenapa akses terdekat dari igd ke toilet, tangga lt. 2, dll malah ditutup ? Tujuannya apa ? Saya bolak balik harus lewat depan. Kalah toh ditutup ya diberikan alasan. Ini saya tanya engga tau keputusan manajemen. Tolong ditingkatkan lagi
Dear RS Unimedika Setu. When are registration and cashier separated? Then why is the closest access from the emergency room to the toilet, stairs lt. 2, etc. even closed? What's the goal? I have to go back and forth through the front. After all, it was closed, given a reason. I'm asking if you don't know the management's decision. Please improve again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk tes pcr aja harus nunggu lama bgt pdhl sebelumnya udh daftar via WA.. Tapi harus daftar ulang lagi.. Pelayanan di pendaftaran lama bgt 1 pasien bisa sampe stengah jam...pdhl pasien sepi tapi lelet bgt bener2 menguras waktu kapok bgt kesini lagi payah???
For the PCR test, you have to wait a very long time, even though you have registered via WA before.. But you have to re-register again.. The service at registration is very long, 1 patient can arrive half an hour... even though the patient is quiet but it's really slow. lousy???

Alhamdulilah tidak butuh waktu lama bayi saya Sehat walafiat???
Susternya itu lohhh. prima banget dalam melayani ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirawat 3 hari 3 malam disini, so far sangat sangat baik untuk RS sekelas di daerah Setu dan sekitarnya. Pelayanan, fasilitas dan kebersihan sangat baik, semoga bukan karena RS ini adalah RS baru, tetapi karena memang standar pelayanan RS ini.
Beberapa hal yg paling saya suka adalah kebersihan dan sirkulasi udara di ruangan kamar, kebersihan kamar mandi dan peralatan makan sangatlah baik, terkadang untuk beberapa orang, hal yg paling dibenci untuk menginap di RS adalah jaminan kebersihan fasilitas dan alat makan. Makanan disajikan dipiring dan mangkok putih masing2 bukan di foodtray seperti RS lainnya. It's really honour for patient ?? Semoga RS ini semakin berkembang baik dalam jumlah pasien maupun pelayanan ????
Treated 3 days and 3 nights here, so far very very good for a class hospital in the Setu area and its surroundings. The service, facilities and cleanliness are very good, hopefully not because this hospital is a new hospital, but because it is the service standard of this hospital.
Some of the things I like the most are the cleanliness and air circulation in the rooms, the cleanliness of the bathroom and eating utensils is very good, sometimes for some people, the thing they hate the most to stay at the hospital is the guarantee of the cleanliness of the facilities and cutlery. Food is served on plates and white bowls, not in a food tray like other hospitals. It's really an honor for the patient ?? Hopefully this hospital will continue to grow both in terms of the number of patients and services ????
