Tolong ditingkatkan lagi pelayanannya

Vincent Kurniawan, SpOG, Midwife Ita, Midwife Neneng, Midwife Ocha and other medical personnel who have helped a lot during the delivery process. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat memuaskan. Walaupun pasien BPJS tapi tetap dilayani dan dibimbing secara profesional dan ramah. Para staff dan suster cukup ramah dan sabar saat menjelaskan prosedur pelayanan dan administratifnya.
Istri saya melahirkan disini dengan operasi metode terbaru, sehingga sehari saja sudah bisa duduk dan berjalan. Walaupun bayi kami harus dirawat di ruang khusus dan tidak bisa digabung dengan istri, tapi suster Perina tetap memperbolehkan kami untuk bertemu.
Sedikit saran & kritik: lebih banyak komunikasi antar divisi sehingga tidak terjadi miskom internal, karena tidak semua pasien & keluarga mengerti proseduralnya. Untuk RSnya mungkin karena belum terlalu ramai jadi masih banyak fasilitas yg belum berfungsi belum lagi beberapa koridor yang dibiarkan gelap.
Kredit kami berikan banyak terima kasih untuk dr Anandia Yuska, Suster Wiwiek, suster Dinda (R operasi) dan Suster Cindy (R Perina) yang dengan sabar mau membantu dan komunikatif dengan pasien. Tak lupa menyebut bagian pendaftaran dan administrasi serta suster2 jaga di IGD dan rawat inap. Dan juga para petugas kebersihan dan pengantar makanan yang selalu ramah dan sopan saat melaksanakan tugasnya. Terima kasih.
Very satisfy. Even though they are BPJS patients, they are still served and guided in a professional and friendly manner. The staff and nurses were quite friendly and patient when explaining the service and administrative procedures.
My wife gave birth here with the latest surgical method, so that in just one day she was able to sit up and walk. Even though our baby had to be cared for in a special room and couldn't be combined with his wife, Sister Perina still allowed us to meet.
A few suggestions & criticisms: more communication between divisions so there is no internal miscommunication, because not all patients & families understand the procedure. For the hospital, maybe because it's not too crowded, so there are still many facilities that don't work, not to mention some corridors that are left dark.
We give many thanks to Dr. Anandia Yuska, Sister Wiwiek, Sister Dinda (R Operation) and Sister Cindy (R Perina) who patiently want to help and communicate with patients. Don't forget to mention the registration and administration sections as well as the nurses in the emergency room and inpatient care. And also the cleaning staff and food delivery staff who are always friendly and polite when carrying out their duties. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the 3rd day my moms hospitalize due to his condition, and I stand by her all the time, as new run hospital is pretty slow response, maybe due to the pandemic of high hospitalize of people, but service and hospitality is quite good
