★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah diusir karena datang pas maghrib dengan dalih dokter mau istirahat dulu dan disuruh datang lagi 1 jam kemudian. Seandainya itu keadaan gawat darurat gimana ya? Akhirnya pindah faskes pertama BPJS ke klinik BL.Pelayanan yang ramah adalah hal yang langka di sini.

Pernah berobat kesini UMUM ya NO BPJS, tp di anggurin didepan meja resepsionis!
Gada basa basi entah suruh nunggu atau apa, posisi udah meriang, buat berdiri pun gakuat.
Padahal UMUM bukan BPJS.
BAD ATTITUDE!
BAD SERVICE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kalo minta surat sakit ya harus bener2 sakit sesuai tensi suhu dan diagnosanya ,, emang dokter bisa di boongin sama surat sakit?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orang sakit minta surat istirahat malah di kasih surat keterangan berobat,bilang nya sama aja,tau2 nya tidak di terima di hrd nya,minta bantu ke resepsionis nya malah enggan membantu dengan nada acuh, sangat jelek pelayanan nya

THOSE WHO WANT TO CHECK GENERAL OR MAKE BPJS SHOULD MOVE THE FACILITIES DON'T HERE, LOSE THEN, LOSS OF SERVICE LOSS OF TIME..

Petugas nya ga ada ramah”nya, judes semua. Pantesan dapet rating jelek.
Harusnya berkaca dari rating dan memperbaiki.
