Kemarin anak di rawat 3 hari disini, kami mendapatkan pelayanan yang memuaskan..., mulai dari dokter nya ramah2, perawatnya juga ramah2, yang paling utama anak saya suka sama makanan nya, jadi mempercepat penyembuhan nya.. Terimakasih dan maju terus untuk ridhoka

3 bulan lalu, SC di sini pas lahiran anak pertama. Begitu sampe RS langsung dibantu sama perawat dan pelayanan di IGD termasuk cepat. Owner bu Ghani juga luar biasa baiiikk ❀️ Proses sc sangat nyaman, ga ada rasa sakit sedikitpun terutama pas suntik bius. Dokter anestesinya mantaap ?? Dokter kandungan, dr Djoni Nurung juga mantaaap, jahitannya rapih banget, dan proses pemulihan cepeett. Langsung bisa beraktifitas seperti biasa setelah seminggu. Kalau ada rezeki anak kedua dan harus SC, sepertinya bakal milih ridhoka salma lagi ?
3 months ago, SC was here when their first child was born. As soon as I arrived at the hospital, I was immediately assisted by nurses and the service in the ER was fast. The owner, Mrs. Ghani, is also amazingly nice ❀️ The sc process is very comfortable, there is no pain at all, especially when I have an anesthetic injection. The anesthesiologist is great ?? The obstetrician, Dr. Djoni Nurung is also great, the stitches are very neat, and the recovery process is fast. Immediately can work as usual after a week. If there is a second child's sustenance and you have to go to SC, it seems that you will choose ridhoka salma again ?

Assalamu'alaikum untuk pelayanan dokter dan perawat sangat baik. Terima kasih banyak atas pelayanan dan bantuan yg di berikan. Pelayanan kamar pun cukup memuaskan. Tapi untuk di security kurang bagus dalam segi pelayanan. Tdan terkesan kurang sopan. Dan tolong untuk security lebih di tingkatkan lagi pelayanannya. Sertai kalo memang melarang pengunjung untuk tidak merokok di samping RS silakan itu bagus. Tapi kalo malam hari masih ada beberapa orang yg merokok di samping RS tidak di tegur oleh pihak security. Bahkan terkesan cuek menanggapi nya.

Untuk senyum sapa dari semua lini pekerja di RS ini, saya acungi jempol. Juara untuk hal keramahan. Namun sangat disayangkan, sistem pendaftarannya bisa dibilang berantakan. Saya rasa pihak RS paham apa saja hal yang perlu dibenahi. Pasti bisa belajar dari RS lain yg sudah jauh lebih baik. Kalau dari sudut pandang saya, hal yang harus dibenahi: 1. Staf pendaftaran harus ditambah. 2. Bagian pendaftaran harus jelas, mana yg untuk rawat jalan atau rawat inap. Bahkan seharusnya dipisah areanya. 3. Pemanggilan no antrian harus dirubah, gunakan pemanggil otomatis. Jangan manual, sampai stafnya terlihat linglung saat pasien ramai. 4. Distribusi berkas pasien harus diperbaiki. Sediakan pekerja khusus yg menangani ini. Jangan staf pendaftaran yg mengantar ke sana, kemari, meninggalkan meja kerja. Membuat antrian semakin lama. 5. Saat ini anak saya dirawat di ruang rauda c. Kaget aja melihat ukuran kamar yg kecil. Lumayan berbeda jauh dibandingkan RS lain dengan harga tak berbeda jauh, kelas yg sama. Semoga ke depan ada perbaikan.

I think the hospital understands what needs to be fixed. Surely you can learn from other hospitals that are much better. From my point of view, things that must be addressed: 1. Registration staff must be added. 2. The registration section must be clear, which one is for outpatient or inpatient. In fact, the area should be separated. 3. Calling queue number must be changed, use automatic dialing. Don't be manual, until the staff looks dazed when the patient is busy. 4. Distribution of patient files should be improved. Provide special workers who handle this. Don't let the registration staff take you there, come here, leave your desk. Makes the queue longer. 5. Currently my child is being treated in the rauda room c. Was surprised to see the small size of the room. Quite different from other hospitals with prices not much different, the same class. Hopefully there will be improvements in the future.

Aku pake BPJS, dilayanin dengan baik, mulai dari IGD sampe ruang inap. Sekarang anak ku udah sembuhhh. Staf nakes nya baik baik dan ramah2, begitupun petugas kebersihan. Ruangan dan kamar mandi bener2 dijaga selalu bersih sampe 3 kali sehari dibersihkan. Yang semoga bisa diperbaiki kedepan nya mungkin AC panas ga kerasa, keterangan perawatan di kertasnya si setahun sekali, gatau ini bener apa engga. Terus staff gizi yang suka anter makanan, selalu nanya bolak balik bikin berisik dan ganggu istirahat, udah dimakan belum udah dimakan belum. Padahal aku makan ga pernah ngelewatin jam yg ada diperaturan dinding. Sebel aja terus terusan di tanyain bolak balik masuk kamar. Kemudian dokter anak nya kurang komunikatif si, anak aku ditanganin sama dokter meli, ngomong nya irit, ga ada edukasi apa apa kalo ga ditanya, ditanya pun jawab nya sedikit. Kita observasi dulu katanya, pas aku tanya ke perawat, jawabnya tanya dokter, pas tanya dokter dijawab begitu. Haha udah deh. Tapi bener bener kekurangan nya ketutup sama staf lain yang ramah ramah bgttt... Terimakasih rumah sakit ridhoka ???

The room and bathroom are really kept clean up to 3 times a day. What hopefully can be repaired in the future, maybe the hot air conditioner doesn't feel good, the maintenance information on the paper is once a year, I don't know if this is true or not. Then the nutrition staff who likes to deliver food, always asking back and forth to make noise and disturb rest, have you eaten it, haven't eaten it yet. Even though I eat, I never miss the clock on the wall. It's just annoying to keep being asked back and forth into the room. Then the pediatrician is not very communicative, my child is treated by the doctor Meli, he talks economically, there is no education whatsoever, if he is not asked, he will answer a little. We'll observe first, he said, when I asked the nurse, the answer was ask the doctor, when I asked the doctor the answer was so. Haha that's it. But really the drawbacks are covered by other friendly staff who are very friendly... Thank you ridhoka hospital ???
