★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxury interior. A very good hospital with experienced doctor and professional staff. Unlike the other hospital, we don't need to wait for a long time to consult with a doctor here which is important for busy people like us. Wide parking area, fresh air and reasonable price!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ COVID testing is a nightmare. You have to register online in advance. What that registration is for, is not clear to me. Still had to wait in an endless line where the seats are WAY TOO CLOSE to each other. Great way to get COVID. Irresponsible to make people wait like that instead of just giving them a number and let them wait where they want. Or do a proper online registration and just test the people

is very strategic, very close to ikea and Aeon mall. The doctors, nurses, officers are very helpful and friendly. Lil bit expensive but overall they have good service. EMC have center of excellent clinic at 3rd floor for pain clinic and 4th for aesthetic clinic. They provide the best service, private clinic, I felt relax everytime I came to these clinics, there is no queue here, very nice service. I have no complaint for this. And I highly recommend this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertamedika located in sentul city, its strategic place near residensial are also surrounding by apartments. The service in Pertamedika is quite good. With nice hospitality too. parks lot is little too small and not good in flow parking, that can be better actually, but overall this hospital is good. Also easy to reach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called them first to get some information about antigen test. Based on this information, we decided to do it at this hospital but once we got there, all the information given by phone was wrong. They actually admitted that someone front their staff gave us the wrong information but did not even apologize to us. A waste of time. If you can even trust the admin people, how would you trust their doctors and nurses?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is a clean modern building with quite a complete health and medical services. Hospital staffs and doctors are kind and provide good services. We came here for medical check ups and outpatient medical services. They also have a clean bread shop and good prayer room. The vehicle parking space are OK but can be expanded to accommodate more cars and motorcycles.
I suggest they provide awnings for those walking from the parking area to the hospitals.

Start from online registration & call center, security, information, registration, nurses, doctors & specialist, cleaning staff, the caterer, pharmacist, cashier, customer care.. all just informatif, helpful & very nice service ?
The cleanliness of hospital & toilets is important.. Emc make it great
Perhaps the parking lot could be expanded.
Overall bagus.. Pertahankan ya..
