 The food is delicious, the waiters are nice, it's funny that there is a food delivery robot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imperial kitchen ter-berisik, tidak senyaman imperial kitchen di mall lain ( living world / lippo puri ) musik terlalu keras, lalu ada robot pengantar makanan yang juga menggunakan musik. Kenapa tidak ada yang aware dengan kenyamanan ? Suara berisik dari kitchen, staff yang terlalu banyak, suara pengunjung, musik di indoor dan musik dari robot pengantar makanan semua jadi satu !!!! Buat apa ada robot pengantar makanan kalau masih ada staff yang ikuti dan menyajikan makanan ke meja ? So whats the point ? Cuma bikin berisik dan bikin penuh saja
The noisy imperial kitchen, not as comfortable as the imperial kitchen in other malls (living world / lippo puri) the music is too loud, then there is a food delivery robot that also uses music. Why is no one aware of comfort? Noise from the kitchen, too many staff, voices of visitors, music in the indoor and music from food delivery robots all in one !!!! Why is there a food delivery robot if there are still staff who follow and serve food to the table? So what's the point? Just make noise and make it full

The restaurant is great, it's been a long time, it's a good reason, but it's already frozen for 30 minutes, just waiting for it to continue, for sure the answer is like that, it's really amazing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya beda banget sama Imperial yg di Lippo Plaza Ekalokasari Bogor,di Imperial AEON Sentul terlalu lambat dan waiters terkesan tidak aware sama customer.Pesan makanan&minuman bareng,tapi sampai selesai makan,minumannya baru datang.Memproses makanan&minumannya lama bangey kalau dibanding dgn Imperial yg di Lippo.
The service is very different from Imperial at Lippo Plaza Ekalokasari Bogor, at Imperial AEON Sentul it is too slow and the waiters seem not aware of the customer. Order food & drinks together, but until you finish eating, the drinks just arrive. Processing food & drinks takes a long time when compared to Imperial which is at Lippo .

Good service. Delicious food. The innovation is that there is a robot that helps staff in providing food, which is quite interesting. ️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hari ini mau makan bukber rencanya, pas awal liat rating woww kok bisa separah ini, imperial dimana2 atleast gk pernah parah2 amat sih, tapii ini parah keterlaluan. Awalnya mungkin mikir kyknya orang2 sentimen aja , gak taunya beneran PARAH! Dari jam 4 saya call nanya bisa reservasi untuk buka puasa? Mereka bilang bisa, tapi harus order dulu, dan langsung bayar, okay saya turutin dehh , awalnya saya offer kalo dp dulu gimana karena mesen kn takes time mikir dll nanti taunya udh full, tpi ttp mereka suru pesen dulu dan bayar, okay2 aturannya gitu kalii ye turutin ajaa.. trus stlh 20 menit sy chat balik smua orderan saya, dan tanya gimana totalnya brp trf kemana, gak dijawab jawab awalnya, smpe akhirnya saya tanya berkali2 dannnn jawabannyaa mencengangkan, Maaf sudah full book untuk buka puasa, wewww daritadi aja blg gak bisa di book, ? sungguh sih parah parah sangat servicenya, gak paham lagi, kalian gak liat ratingg kalian parah banget ??? jdi saya sumbangin lgi deh ratingnya krn kecewa bahkan sblm smpe pada tempatnya !
Today I want to eat bukber, the plan is, when I first saw the woww rating how could it be this bad, imperial everywhere atleast has never been this bad, but this is too bad. At first you might think that people are just sentimental, I don't know, it's really SEVERE! From 4 o'clock I called asking can I make a reservation for iftar? They said they could, but you have to order first, and pay right away, okay, I'll go with it, at first I offered what if it's down payment first because ordering, it takes time, thinking, etc., later you know it's full, but still they have to order first and pay, okay, that's the rule this time Yes, just follow it.. then after 20 minutes I chatted back all my orders, and asked how much the total amount was, where was the trf, I didn't answer the first answer, until finally I asked again and again and the answer was amazing, Sorry, the book is full for breaking the fast, wewww just said it earlier I can't book it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ulasan ini sbg ikrar jg buat sy TIDAK AKAN DATANG LAGI MAKAN d Imperial Kitchen manapun khususnya cab Aeon Sentul.
Hari ini Jumat 15 april 2022 sy makan d IK cab aeon sentul bersama istri sy yg sdg hamil tua & anak balita usia 2th, msk & dpt table (krn waiting list) jam 18.35 lsg pesan mkn & menunggu, sy tunggu2 s.d jam 20.15 makanan tdk kunjung dtg, sy kesal & hilang mood sy makan istri lg hamil sdg kelaparan anak sdh sangat bosan menunggu rewel sna sni sungguh tdk ada rasa kemanusiaannya, d tambah 2 table yg br dtg stelah sy sdh d antarkan pesanannya.
Akhirnya sy putuskan pulang aja suruh bungkus smua makanan yg udh d pesan, gk d sangkah lsg cepat smua makanan d bungkus & bawakan k sy.
Terima kasih utk pelayanannya yg SANGAT LAMA, smoga sy guest trakhir yg d buat sperti ini.
This review is also a pledge for me, I WILL NEVER COME AGAIN to eat at any Imperial Kitchen, especially Aeon Sentul cab.
Today Friday 15 April 2022 I ate at IK Cab Aeon Sentul with my wife who is heavily pregnant & a toddler aged 2 years, came & got a table (because of the waiting list) at 18.35 immediately ordered food & waited, I waited until 20.15 the food was not I visited, I was annoyed & lost my mood. I ate my wife while pregnant and hungry. My children were very tired of waiting to be fussy here. There really was no sense of humanity. I added 2 new tables that came after I had delivered the order.
In the end, I decided to just go home and ordered to pack all the food that I ordered, didn't answer, quickly all the food was packed & brought it to me.
Thank you for the VERY LONG service, hopefully I'll be the last guest to be made like this.
