Pelayanan dokternya jelek, setiap brobat disuruh swab truss belom jg di cek . udah gitu minta skd aja susah bangt ..

Khusus untuk klinik gigi di sini. Hati hati kalau berobat masalah gigi maupun perawatan gigi di sini. Sangat mengecewakan. Informasi biaya yang tertera di klinik tidak lengkap, tiba tiba tagihannya membengkak. Dokter tidak menyampaikan biaya masing masing tindakan sebelum dieksekusi tindakannya (berasa seperti makan di Malioboro Jogja jaman dulu, tidak ada daftar harga, setelah selesai makan, ditagih mahal). Ironisnya, PEDAGANG PECEL di Malioboro Jogja saat ini sudah tidak menggunakan cara β€œnembak” seperti DOKTER GIGI di sini??‍♂️. Anda juga akan dibebankan biaya APD sebesar Rp. 150 rb untuk sekali masuk (tanpa pemberitahuan / pengumuman). Belum lagi ditambah biaya perawatan itu sendiri yang termasuk mahal untuk ukuran klinik sekelas ini. Hal di atas sudah dikonfirmasikan juga ke manager/pimpinan klinik giginya (yang juga dokter gigi) terkait keluhan pasien, dengan tujuan bukan untuk minta keringanan biaya, tapi demi untuk perbaikan pelayanan di klinik, namun respon nya justru kami di marahi dengan kalimat yang tidak pantas dan sangat tidak mencerminkan intelektualitasnya sebagai dokter. Sangat disayangkan jika ada dokter tidak mempunyai empathy terhadap pasiennya. Semoga menjadi koreksi bagi manajemen di Klinik Edelweis demi peningkatan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat. Dan untuk ibu dokter pimpinan klinik gigi di Edelweis yang terhormat, ingat..! "With great power comes great responsibility"
Especially for the dental clinic here. Be careful if you seek treatment for dental problems or dental care here. Very disappointing. The cost information listed at the clinic is incomplete, suddenly the bill swells. The doctor did not convey the cost of each procedure before the procedure was executed (it feels like eating at Malioboro Jogja in the old days, there is no price list, after you finish eating, you are billed expensively). Ironically, the PECEL TRADERS in Malioboro Jogja are no longer using the "shooting" method like the DENTAL DOCTOR here??‍♂️. You will also be charged a PPE fee of Rp. 150k for one time entry (no notification/announcement). Not to mention the added cost of the treatment itself, which is expensive for a clinic of this class. The above has also been confirmed with the manager/leader of the dental clinic (who is also a dentist) regarding patient complaints, with the aim not of asking for cost reductions, but for the sake of improving services at the clinic, but the response we got was scolded with inappropriate sentences. and does not reflect his intellect as a doctor. It's a shame if there are doctors who don't have empathy for their patients. Hopefully this will be a correction for the management at the Edelweis Clinic to improve services to the community. Berobat di edelweis medical centre baru 3kali pakai BPJS dari kantor, setiap berobat disitu selalu tidak dikasih surat sakit, katanya gejala ringan, terus berobat kalau indikasi nya sakit gimana harus kerja juga, mohon tolong pengertian nya, pengen pindah rasanya saya, bad banget klinik nya, saya awalnya disitu karena dekat dari rumah untuk berobat. Semoga pihak administrasi nya membaca ini. Terimkasih
Medication at the edelweiss medical center has only been used for 3 times using BPJS from the office, every time I get treatment there I am always not given a sick note, they say the symptoms are mild, continue treatment if the indications are sick how should I work too, please understand, I feel like I want to move, the clinic is really bad At first, I was there because it was close to my house for treatment. Minta rujukan BPJS sulit . Penjelasan ga jelas pasien sudah masuk IGD suruh Dateng ke klinik . Buat keluarin rujukan Sulit .udah datang di klinik pasien tidak di diagnosa dokter malah suruh balik ke IGD minta surat keterangan dokter. Penyampean penjelasan tidak ada . Ga jelas peraturan nya . Aneh pelayanan buruk . Seperti tidak ada sertifikasi nyesel bgt BPJS Awal di klinik ini lebih baik di klinik lain . Saya di klinik lagi selalu TOP pelayanan nya meski BPJS.

After arriving at the clinic the patient was not diagnosed by the doctor, instead he was ordered to return to the ER asking for a doctor's certificate. Submission of explanation does not exist . The rules are not clear. Weird bad service . It's like there's no certification, I'm really sorry that BPJS Early on in this clinic is better at other clinics. I'm at the clinic again, the service is always TOP even though it's BPJS.

Sebenarnya pelayanan yg tidak bagus cuman dokternya saja yg cowo kl gak salah dr cendra namanya (maaf agak singgung fisik.tubuh gempal/sedikit gemuk dan kulit hitam).kl sama dia minta surak ket sakit aja ampun susahnya spt kaya kita mau nipu / boong aja..jdokter kok gak ada empati ama pasien yah...situ juga mkn msh dokter dibayar/gaji kl sakit dipotong gaji emgnya mau....kl tidak sakit masa sengaja kedokter sih..lagian situ ngeluarin surat ket sakit gak akan kok disalahin ama siapapun ..pernah sy saksikan ada sepasang kakek nenek mau minta rekomendasi bpjs..dia persulit pake aturan sgala macam..situ kan dokter bukan bagian admin masa nerangin ke pasien didepan umum..suara keras lg..maaf yah..anda tidak cocok jd dokter..cocoknya jadi debt kolektor. Situ juga periksa saya bilang sy saraf kejepit gak ada obat dan gak ngasih solusi..cuman ksh meloxicam ama vit..tp gak mau ksh surat rujukan ke dokter spesialis..dokter anda tak pny hati nurani..sy sakit bukan main2..hrsnya kl emg anda bukan dokter yg bisa nanganin ini..anda bantu donk rujuk ke spesialis...bukan bilang gak ada obatnya hanya operasi yg bisa tp situ gak rekomen sy kemana pun ataupun ksh rujukan kemana pun..????? Secara klinik oke dan pelayanan admin&suster pun oke Klinik anda oke Tp jantung hatinya yaitu dokter gak pny nurani yg perlu di ganti.

Big body/a little fat and black skin). .. why the doctor doesn't have empathy for the patient... that's also why the doctor is still getting paid/salary if he is sick, his salary is deducted.... if he's not sick, it's time to go to the doctor on purpose. or anyone.. I've seen a pair of grandparents want to ask for a BPJS recommendation.. he makes it difficult to use all kinds of rules.. that's where the doctor is not part of the admin when explaining to patients in public.. loud voice again.. sorry..you don't suitable to be a doctor.. suitable to be a debt collector. There, I also checked, I said I had a pinched nerve, there was no medicine and didn't give a solution.. I just wanted to take meloxicam and vit.. but I don't want to send a referral letter to a specialist.. Your doctor doesn't have a conscience.. I'm sick. Kurang puas sama pelayanan dokter inisial A*** . Asal brobat ngomongnya suruh swab terus. Ngasih obatnya jg ngasal, selalu dikasih paracetamol kalo keluhan pasien pusing, gk pernah dikasih obat radang/antibiotik atau vitamin .. Apalagi dipinta buat minta SKD . Udh kaya orang ngemis . Kita ini pegawai yg kalo sakit pasti dipinta SKD sama perusaahaan . Tolong pihak edelweis dikoreksi lagi .

Beberapa waktu yang lalu test antigen disini, alhamdulillah negatif. Bayar 55rb, cepet sih hasil tesnya setengah jam jadi. Tata caranya : 1. Isi formulir 2. Bayar di kasir 3. Naik lantai atas 4. Ke ruang paling ujung, disitu ada kotak. Taruh formulir di atas kotak itu. 5. Tunggu hingga dipanggil petugas 6. Setelah test, tunggu lagi hingga dipanggil petugasnya untuk dapet hasil tesnya. 7. Selesai

Pelayanan gaada ramah2nya sama sekali apalagi dipendaftaran dan suster depan ruangan tindakan yg bagian tensi darah, begitupun dokternya apalagi dokter A*** , saya aware sama kesehatan dia malah heran bgt ketawa ga jelas tolong perbaiki kualitas pelayanannnya! Buruk bgt!
The service is not friendly at all, especially at registration and the nurse in front of the action room which is part of the blood pressure section, as well as the doctor, especially doctor A***, I am aware of his health, he is even surprised that he laughs, it's not clear, please improve the quality of his service! So bad!
