★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room and the breakfast is average for a five star hotel. The Coffee Shop PUNIKA is awesome. There is a night good to listen live music in the lobby, but not every night. The hotel is located right beside Ambarukmo Plaza, the plus point for family with children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's awesome. Staying in this place is very comfortable. The staff is friendly and all processes and needs can be processed quickly. The food is good too. Once try to order food in the room and all requests are fulfilled properly. Only one thing I think needs to be improved, namely soap that needs to be improved in quality, the foam is not there. The rest is all very comfortable and fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is ridiculous. Curtain didn’t closed, the room got so bright during the night because it couldn’t properly closed.
I went back with a sign saying that my room is cleaned and sanitized, but it didn’t, and it was 3pm. I have left since 9am. So room didn’t get cleaned until after 3pm?
So hard to reach out to the receptionist through the land line. I had to went to the reception to ask them to check for the curtain, they said they will send someone but until I wrote this down, no one came.
Room is quite noisy from the street, it seems like there is not enough investment to sound proofing the room.
1 star because the variety of bfast is quite alright. It’s lacking of the basic needs for such a level of hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m very delightful staying here, very friendly and helpful hoteliers. We can order grab or gojek and the concierge’s will keep it for us and deliver to our room! Perfect!
The room are spacious, large pool, garden for morning walk, view to the mountains and huge space for lounge ? I’m feeling so much comfortable here.
I’m enjoying my every moments here, they could improve the food variety (maybe coz I’m fasting so entertaining us at 2am was already amazing)
I would definitely come back and visit for another time here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would definitely go back there just for the breakfast buffet, which was great ? The room is clean and comfortable, the bathroom is small but clean. For a hotel built in the 1960's with interior renovations, it is very nice. Take a few minutes to visit the museum on the hotel grounds to see some Sultan history.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a very nice room and polite and professional employees even the security. However, I can’t give this hotel a 5 star because their breakfast disappointed me. I jut got the worst omelette I’ve ever had in my entire life, even the street food is much better?, it was hard like a stone and I couldn’t even finish it. The other food was not good either and looked so dry. As a famous 5 star hotel, I did not expect this, this is something serious to note.

The restaurant offers amazing food,? well prepared and presented. The warmth and friendly smiles makes one feel at home. The staff is well trained and efficient, no request is to much or too little. ?I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My ever top 5 stars hotel! I stayed here for a week for business purpose. The highlight of my stay was my sleep quality. There's something about their bed that easily puts me into a deep sleep only in minutes I lay my head there!
Their foods also so delicious. The menu was familiar, you can find it anywhere BUT it was like they've perfected the recipes. The taste was so mind blowing! Even if you're not staying there, but it won't hurt to dine in their restaurant.
Breakfast on Sunday sounds perfect!
