★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garuda Indonesia Service is located in Royal Ambarukmo Hotel. the service of garuda team is so good and nice. if you want to redeem your milleage you can go there and exchange it to ticket. in the weekend days, the garuda indonesia maybe crowded because many people go there. so i suggest to all of you to go there in the weekdays or weekend (but in the morning)

During covid-19 pandemic, I have to follow all health protocol to enter the hotel and when I was there to gain more information about my ticket, All of the staffs were so kind and helpful. They weared masks and arranged the chair to make physical distancing. They contacted me through email to inform me the updates and provided services nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to make sure at what time did they close for that day, and they said 3pm. I arrived there BEFORE 3pm and they are already closed. they were even inside the office.
if you want to close sooner because it is holiday, it's totally fine. but at least provide the RIGHT information BEFORE any customers come to the place. if it is 3pm, then it is 3pm, not a minute before.
where is the integrity? i am very disappointed.
