★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great taste for Palembang cuisine. It is rare to find Pindang Salai cuisine in Jakarta. This resto you can find it. Pindang salai is sweet sour spicy soup of smoke cat fish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fish soup. Tangy flavors, although the fish tasted slightly, um.. fishy. Portion size is average and price is slightly steep. It was okay, honestly, as I am not a big fan of fish stews as such. The restaurant is moderately clean and lighting was okay. Come here alone, so that you can be disappointed by yourself. You either like it or you don't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually the Pindang is good (and affordable) but by the time I was there yesterday.. omg it so Salty!!!
I ask the waitress to change and add plain hot water to the broth, and it still the same, it's like they put a sh*t ton of salt (or msg?) to the food.
The restaurant it self is comfy enough, full AC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have heard this resto since 90s but this is my first time to visit. They have well known Pindang Patin which I order today. The taste is quite strong with many shallot. It's a bit salty but you need to mix with pineapple pickles to make it tasteful.
