★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas masa pandemic kesini. Urus pendaftaran kantor. Cukup efektif dan efisien pelayanannya. Rapi juga ada loket nya, jd ga semua orang bisa masuk ke dalam (selama pandemic).
CS nya juga ramah2 & sabar.
Tingkatkan terus pelayanannya ya! ?
When the pandemic was here. Take care of office registration. Quite effective and efficient service. It's neat there is also a counter, so not everyone can go inside (during a pandemic).
The CS is also friendly & patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BPJS Matraman ini pelayanannya cukup ramah dan cepat... Penjelasan info2nya juga oke.. Ruang tunggunya juga bersih dan nyaman. Dari pintu masuk pun sudah ada petugas yang bisa membantu dengan apa2 yang dibutuhkan untuk proses registrasi, pengisian formulir dan sebagainya..
This BPJS Matraman service is quite friendly and fast ... The explanation of the info is also okay .. The waiting room is also clean and comfortable. Even from the entrance, there are officers who can help with anything needed for the registration process, filling out forms and so on ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini saya ke BPJS Matraman untuk ganti faskes dan kartu BPJS. Prosesnya cepat banget. Kurang dari 30 menit. Ruangan tunggunya juga nyaman, full AC. Di depan kantor ada petugas yang standby untuk membantu proses registrasi ataupun pengisian formulir.
Today I go to BPJS Matraman to replace health facilities and BPJS cards. The process is very fast. Less than 30 minutes. The waiting room is also comfortable, full AC. In front of the office there is a standby officer to help with the registration process or filling out the form.
