★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can buy a coin for 10K for washing and then 10k for drying. Or you can let them do everything, including detergent, ironing and packaging, for 52K. It takes 2 hours. They do a good job, it's really clean.
The entrance to the laundry is from the back of the hotel. You can go around or get there through the parking place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I try it 1st as most of the reviews here. When I saw a significant 1star review, I doubt my perception.
Since I just moved here, and then I try to look up the best possible services, and here my dissatisfaction:
1. By the recent 5star review, the Rama Laundromat which located in Kuningan, Setiabudi, not have self services, also the staff didn't offered me to these services. She objectively ask me to pay 53K (not 52K, maybe the price got higher since it was covid, maybe?), And the services said it's not including ironing, as seen as the 5star comment/review before (maybe they change the rule)
2. No friendly services, even a fake smile.
I try it one, and I have enough. Hope you have your 1st experience, it's okay to feel doom on the reality, so you don't have to make the same mistake twice. Cheers!
