★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried Nougat ice cream, it tasted a bit like mint ice cream with crushed nuts, very light cream, so refreshing. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. They served the ice cream quickly with a free glass of water. Unfortunately many people stayed there longer just for having a chit chat till their ice creams melted very lack of empathy to other customers who had been waiting for the seat. On the weekend if they have too many customers, the customers have to eat outside.

If you want to try this, now since pandemic, you can only take away the ice cream. You can eat outside the restaurant.
Price around 40k for special ice, and 20k for scoops.
If you go here, you can see the old photos from the founders, and MURI certificate also.
Taste wise is unique, not like regular ice cream. Their ice is quick melt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice cream is nice and soft. It is a legendary ice cream shop since it was opened by the Ragusa brothers from Italy back in 1930s. Expect to queue but the wait is not that long, you will be served quickly by the staffs. During the pandemic all orders are for takeaway

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a delicious ice cream. The place is not huge. Only a few seats available. So the choice is between waiting for the seat or take away. Because the place is always crowd. But its worth to wait because the ice cream is very tasty! I swear✌

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My very first time came here and got yelled by the attending lady because I asked her if I may take the menu order. Then she basically yelled to the crowd to make order quickly. For a sec, I thought I was in military camp. I dont know how to feel after that. I bought nougat, mint, and chocolate, and chocolate was my favorite. In my humble opinion, it is what it is, nothing special with the taste. But I do appreciate the authenticity they try to preserve. But nope, definitely wont come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the legendary ice cream parlour in the city. their ice cream taste good, a bit pricey buat worth to try. located at central of the city and quiet easy to find. they served various home made ice cream with choices of toppings. not too crowded when we visit again so we can enjoy the ice cream with good ambiances.

2 years later, I come to Indonesia again, and revisited this ice cream shop, ordered banana split, the price is 40k.
Need to wait in a queue, but the waiting time is still acceptable, within 10 minutes.
The taste is better than it in 2020.
Can accept bank card, this is beyond my expectation.
