Saya kecewa dengan kasir yg melayani saya di tgl 18feb 2022,order yg 65k,pas bayar ternyata yg 85k,dan dengan jutek nya si kasir bilang :"ya udah sini saya balikin 20k" Bukan soal nominal 20k,tugas anda melayani sesuai yg di order pembeli.bukan seenaknya maen ganti orderan lalu kalo di komplain solusi nya berkata mau balikin selisih nominal nya dengan muka ketus dan ngenye merendahkan ,kalo kesalahan ada di telinga kamu kenapa harus kamu yg ketus thdp pembeli?nominal 20k emang gak seberapa ,tapi cara kasir melayani pembeli dgn minus attitude,dan ngrasa 20k bisa dia ganti bener2 bukan cerminan brand baskin robbins.fyi saya tetap bayar 85k. teruntuk baskin robbins indonesia tolong kalo training karyawan yg bener, attitude melayani pembeli itu penting terlebih pendengaran ,kalo ada karyawan bermasalah di pendengarannya bisa suruh cek ke tht,bukan jawab dgn ketus bahwa ybs bisa ganti selisih nominal nya sambil pasang wajah ngenye,intinya apa yg pembeli order itu yg di layani.mengganti selisih nominal bukan solusi ,tapi bagaimana kasir tsb sadar bahwa dirinya sudah keliru .
I was disappointed with the cashier who served me on 18 feb 2022, the order for 65k, when I paid it turned out to be 85k, and the cashier said "yes, here I am, I'll return 20k" It's not about the nominal 20k, your job is to serve according to what the buyer ordered. It's not arbitrarily playing changing orders and then if you complain, the solution is to say you want to return the nominal difference with a curt face and look down on it, if the error is in your ears, why should you be curt at thdp buyers? The nominal 20k isn't really much, but the way the cashier serves buyers with a minus attitude, and feels like he can change 20k is really not a reflection of the Baskin Robbins brand. Fyi I still pay 85k. Dear Baskin Robbins Indonesia, please if the employee training is correct, Attitude to serve buyers is important especially hearing, if there are employees who have problems with their hearing, they can order them to check with tht, instead of replying curtly that they can change the nominal difference while putting on an angry face, basically what the buyer orders is being served. Replace the nominal difference, not a solution, but how did the cashier realize that he was wrong?
