★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and cozy place. Suitable for a meeting or just relaxing. The crew were welcoming and friendly. I ordered tom yum fried rice, 21's signature iced coffee, and cheese cake gelato. They're all yummy and sweet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally visited 21 Factory since I've been wanting to for a long time. I was kinda surprised because their gelato has many unique flavors like Obat Batuk Ibu dan Anak, Rujak Aceh, and Tolak Angin flavors. They also have other variants like bubble gum, mango, cheesecake, etc. Moreover, 21 Factory also serves coffee, snacks, and even a meal that is very affordable.
In fact, this place is kinda huge and has a cozy ambiance, and is not too noisy. Might be a good choice for hangout with family/friends.
