★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah pesen barang dari shoppee ga sampe2 stlh 2 minggu dikasi kasur sementara dan jelek bgt bilang nya minggu depan dikirim kasur yg sesuai tp ud sampe 2 bulan ga juga minta refund ga dikasih, udah di samperin ke toko janji nya stlh 7 hari dikirim yg sy mau tapi nggak juga telfonan terus sama karyawan nya, minta nomor. Bos nya ga bole dikasih, akhir nya karna sy ud cape nungguin proses refund 2 bulan minta di ganti kasur yg lain
It's too bad that the order from shoppee didn't arrive after 2 weeks I was given a temporary mattress and it was really bad. They said that next week the right mattress was sent, but it's been 2 months and I haven't asked for a refund yet, I have sent it to the shop, the promise is that after 7 days, I sent what I wanted but I also don't keep on calling the employee, asking for a number. The boss couldn't give it, in the end because I was tired of waiting for the refund process for 2 months asking for another mattress to be replaced
