★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sistem antrian parah.. nunggu 2,5 jam antri dari depan baru masuk proses swab. padahal sudah register online. yg belum register tetep dapet antrian di depan. Nggak ada pimpinan yang bisa diajak diskusi di lokasi. Petugas yg atur kendaraan juga diem aja.. nggak ada inisiatif untuk kasih info supaya yg antri daftar online dulu. petugas2 di kasih input supaya sistem antrian lebih baik tetep aja nggak bergeming. berasa bukan tugasnya. Intinya KECEWA dengan pelayanannya. terutama dengan manajemen yang nggak turun di lapangan.
 The queuing system is severe.. waiting for 2.5 hours in line from the front before entering the swab process. even though you have registered online. Those who haven't registered will still get a queue at the front. There is no leader who can be invited to discuss at the location. The officer who manages the vehicle also stays silent.. there is no initiative to give information so that those who are queuing register online first. the officers were given input so that the queuing system was better and still didn't budge. feel like it's not their job. The bottom line is DISAPPOINTED with the service. especially with management who are not involved in the field.

Antrian panjang, proses registrasi via web tidak disampaikan di awal antri (tidak ada pengumuman QR registrasi di awal), petugas tidak cukup inisiatif memperbaiki proses, pimpinan tidak ada di tempat untuk take lead memecahkan antrian panjang.
I give 1 star for the ineffectiveness of the process. Long queues, the registration process via the web was not delivered at the beginning of the queue (there was no announcement of the registration QR at the beginning), the officers did not have enough initiative to improve the process, the leadership was not there to take leads to solve the long queues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service we have done on Sunday afternoon. The queue was long about a dozen cars on the line and some motorbikes also on a different line. I think they need to improve the service queue as we needed at least 1 hour to get the test done. Too many people are going without registering online to improve waiting time. There were only 3 person attending the service.
