Ibu saya mw ke poli gigi,, datang dari pagi sebelum ada pasien lain,, seharusnya dapat nomer antrian 1,,kenapa bisa jadi dapat nomer antrian 5,,datang pagi2 kan supaya dapat nomer lebih awal,, giliran dikomplein tidak ada kejelasan nya... Sudah 2 kali terulang begitu...
Please improve the service again.. My mother went to the dental clinic,, came from the morning before there were other patients,, should have got queue number 1,, why did you get queue number 5,, come early so you can get an earlier number,, it's the turn to be complained, there's no clarity... It's been repeated 2 times...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya bisa dimaksimalkan lagi. Salah satu contohnya adalah penggunaan antrian elektronik tidak berjalan sepenuhnya. Meskipun petugas-petugas kelurahan yang melayani masyarakat baik dan ramah. Jadi yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah efektivitas pelayanannya.
