★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesannya disini ngambang. Kecewa tapi masih berusaha ngertiin. Tertarik setelah liat di Instagram harganya terjangkau. Tapi ternyata harga perawatannya bukan harga akhir..
Niat kesini cuma mau treatment doang. Pas dikasir gak taunya ditotal sama creamnya. Rasanya sejauh ini saya IPL ke beberapa klinik lain gak pernah tuh dipaksa beli cream dokter..
Pelayanan staff menurut saya sudah oke.. Pulang setelah perawatan muka glowing tapi gak bertahan lama cuma 2 hari aja ditambah muncul jerawat.

The intention to come here is just to get treatment. When I poured it, I didn't know that it was totaled with the cream. I feel that so far I have gone to several other clinics for IPL and have never been forced to buy a doctor's cream ...
Staff service in my opinion is okay .. Going home after glowing face treatment but it doesn't last long, only 2 days plus pimples appear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong untuk staff nya pelayanannya ditingkatkan lagi. Coba belajar kerja secara ikhlas, keliatan yang ngelayanin dengan tulus dan enggak! Chat lewat WA direspon lama bisa ampe 3 hari baru direspon. Tolong klo staff yang emang males kerja pecat2in aja. Membuat jelek nama baik Navagreen hanya karena pelayanan yang buruk?
Please for the staff the service is improved again. Try to learn to work sincerely, look like those who serve sincerely and don't! Chat via WA, it takes a long time to respond, it can take up to 3 days to respond. Please just fire the staff who are really lazy to work. Making Navagreen bad name just because of bad service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi di daerah ruko yang agak nyempil dan sering luput dari jalan raya, beberapa kali lewat sini tapi baru tau kalo ada naavagreen disini.
Pertama kali coba di cabang Jogja, ketika coba disini kerasa sih bedanya. Tapi ya masih dalam kategori wajarlah menimbang ini masih dalam masa pandemi.
Soal pandemi, di cabang ini mengikuti prokes dengan baik.
Harga perawatan menurut saya lebih terjangkau dari klinik estetika terkenal lainnya dan bisa ditanyakan semua harga perawatan yang direkomendasikan ke kita.
Brosur harga dan jenis perawatan tidak banyak membantu karena desainnya membingungkan dan sulit dibaca.
Selama perawatan saya dilayani dengan baik dan cukup menyenangkan, hanya saja kadang terapis ngobrol terlalu banyak jadi kita kesannya malah menguping.

During my treatment, I was treated well and was quite pleasant, it's just that sometimes the therapist chatted too much so we seemed to be eavesdropping.
