★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was last week that I drop by this office to ask how much would it cost if I reschedule my departure to Boston this Friday, and was greeted by Ms Annisa.
She was very attentive, helpful and nice to me. Not only when I was in the QR Office, but also when I went out as two days after the visit, she sent me an email informing the queries I asked in the previous day.
Today, she called me and did double check if I would reschedule or would remain with the plan which I end up to stick to the plan.
Thank you, QR and thank you, Ms Annisa. You are the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is emotionally unstable (Mr. L)better you look for others staff instead of this immature person, when we were asking question nicely he was get angry like just being dumped by his girlfriend. Poor customer service from people said 5 stars airlines. Cust service also never pick up his phone. Qatar should do something about this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service at Business Class check in at Jakarta Airport. Took me almost 30 minutes to check in. 2 counters open but one operates as a service desk for upgrades. Effectively only one business class checkin desk is not acceptable. QR should have a separate service desk to process upgrades rather than keeping paid Business Class passengers waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office is closed indefinitely, and the call center receives your call, wastes your phone balance, then immediately thanks you and hangs the phone. The company is as good as dead, i figure.
