Saya beli tiket dengan gratis bagasi 20 kg dan kabin koper. Bagasi saya isi cuma 14 kg (lihat bukti foto) dan kabin koper saya isi komputer, tablet dan kabel serta dokumen. Sedangkan ransel yang dianggap biasanya sebagai tas tangan saya isi obat asthma saya serta dokumen penting seperti passport, ticket, dompet. Saat naik ke pesawat, sudah di bawah tangga, saya dihadang oleh pegawai Citilink yang meminta kabin koper saya ditaruh di bagasi dengan alasan di pesawat sudah penuh. Saya sempat marah dan lebih marah lagi setelah saya ketahui di dalam pesawat masih banyak tempat dan saya menuntut pegawai Citilink yang sok berkuasa untuk mengembalikan koper saya. Pramugari di pesawat hanya diam saja dan saya diharus menaruh semua barang saya di koper. Sehingga saya harus mengeluarkan dompet dan hal penting dengan tangan saya aja. (lihat bukti foto). Tidak ada yang menolong saya. Saat take off dan peringatan terakhir, saya dapat serangan asthma bronchiale. Sepertinya asthma saya tidak mau berunding dan ups.. saya lupa kalau obat saya di dalam koper karena pegawai Citilink mengharuskan semua barang saya di koper. Jadi saat take off saya dan pramugari pada cari spray saya. ibu, yang duduk disebelah saya mengumpulkan HP, dompet dll dan di masukkan ke dalam tas kain. Saya tidak tahu kalau pegawai Citilink dilatih untuk bermain dengan jiwa orang. Kemudian saya menunjukkan kartu handy cap saya yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah Jerman kepada pramugari. TOLONG DIPERHATIKAN KESELAMATAN PENUMPANG, TERUTAMA UUNTUK PEGAWAI YANG DI GROUND. JABATAN TIDAK SEBERAPA SUDAH BERGAYA. KAPPOOOKKK.

I forgot that my medicine is in the suitcase because Citilink employees require all my belongings to be in the suitcase. So when I take off and the flight attendants look for my spray. mother, who sat next to me, collected my cellphone, wallet etc and put it in a cloth bag. I didn't know that Citilink employees were trained to play with people's souls. Then I showed the handy stamp card issued by the German government to the flight attendants. PLEASE NOTE PASSENGER SAFETY, ESPECIALLY FOR GROUPS IN GROUND. THE POSITION IS NOT HOW STYLISH. KAPPOOOKKK.

Petugas di lapangan tidak memahami aturan dengan jelas, terlebih lagi di masa ppkm. Anak-anak saya hampir tidak bisa terbang karena staf bersikeras bahwa aturan maskapai menyatakan anak di bawah 12 tahun dilarang terbang. Padahal aturannya tidak ada kata "dilarang" melainkan "disarankan" untuk tidak melakukan perjalanan. Setelah debat melelahkan, petugas tersebut menghubungi manager dan kemudian petugas loket check in memeriksa dokumen swb RT-PCR anak-anak. Baru setelahnya diizinkan terbang. Saran saya, sebaiknya bila memang anak dilarang terbang, sistem citilink bisa langsung memblok proses pembelian tiket ataupun check in online, agar tidak menguras energi dan emosi jiwa yang bisa mengakibatkan imun turun. Ini saya lampirkan tangkap layar aturan citilink. Bisa dilihat sendiri tidak ada kata "dilarang". CMIIW

Baru kali ini saya merasakan moda transportasi yang terkesan bonafit tapi sama seperti naik angkot. Jadwal penerbangan saya dirubah sampai 3x, perubahan terakhir hanya berjarak satu hari sebelum, yg awalnya jam 13.00 menjadi 07.00. (Note : Pada hari itu saya masih ada agenda penting bahkan sampai sewa kendaraan tetapi akhirnya batal dan merugi) Saya coba cari solusi ke CS Citilink, mereka hanya bisa bantu full refund, okelah kalo full refund lalu tiket berikutnya harga sama, harga yg dibeli real time pasti akan sangat mahal, kemudian mereka sarankan untuk diganti hari berikutnya, lalu ongkos penginapan mau ditanggung? Mrk bilang tidak. Jadi fix tetap rugi. Akhirnya dengan kesal hati tetap ikut penerbangan jam 07.00, setelah di bandara Soetta penerbangan domestik, mengalami perubahan gate sebanyak 2x dan perubahan jam keberangkatan sampai 2x. (Note : Gate 14 menjadi 28 dan finalnya menjadi 20an kalo nggak salah inget) Jalannya jauh boss. Mana nenteng belanjaan. Apakah pesawat citilink yg hanya membawa penumpang sedikit, dibatalkan dan dikumpulkan ke penerbangan lain supaya penumpang full? Karena swk saya tanya penumpang lain ada yg seperti saya, tapi ada juga yg tidak mengalami perubahan jadwal. Hmm, fix sama kayak naik angkot. Ekonomi sih ekonomi tapi nggak segitunya juga kali, pertahankan disiplin yg baik, embel2 garudanya itu lho kasian. Tirulah negara-negara lain, time is money, hargai waktu orang, bila ada kendala be gentle, berikan tanggung jawab yang sepadan.
