β β β β β DO NOT USE TURKISH AIRLINES. They are unprofessional and unresponsive. We booked tickets in 2020 and our flights were cancelled. We rebooked in 2021 and these flights were cancelled. We booked another airline. We tried to rebook in 2022 and Turkish say our flights are no longer valid, because they are expired. Never once did they tell us there was an expiry date, and when they cancelled our previous flights, they always agreed we could reschedule without mentioning restrictions. DO NOT USE TURKISH AIRLINES.

β β β β β First experience using Turkish Airlines and was very disappointed with the service. First, when my flight to Lyon I transited in Istanbul. Because there was no announcement and last call I missed my flight, then I went to customer service to complain, but they blamed me for the problem, they asked me to go to the ticket counter to buy a new ticket with the next day's flight. Second, when the flight returned to Jakarta from Paris, on the day of departure suddenly the ticket I had was not found in the system, the checking counter staff said that my ticket was not registered and there was an error from Turkish Airlines Jakarta, they asked me to contact Turkish Airlines Jakarta, meanwhile Turkish Airlines Jakarta could not be contacted, so I did not depart at that time. I tried to email Turkish Airlines Jakarta and told them the problem, but there was no immediate response. I was stranded at Charles De Gaulle Airport, there were no Turkish Airlines staff to help, they look so don't care. The next day, I went to the ticket counter to ask about my ticket again, and they gave a flight schedule at 15.50, but when I was about to check the counter, I back to the ticketing staff, ask Her help to printing the PCR test results because the checking counter staff asked for a hard copy of the test results. Surprisingly, the ticketing staff gave me a new ticket and asked me to immediately go to terminal 2F which is 950 meters away to change airlines. And when I arrived at terminal 2F (Air France), Air France staff looked confused, they contacted Turkish Airlines to confirm, and it turned out that there was an error from Turkish Airlines, I was asked to return to terminal 2A within 10 minutes because the checking counter was closed , my suitcase is big and I have to hurry!! Arriving at the checking counter, they looked normal without any apologies!! Arriving in Jakarta, I received an email reply from Turkish Airlines Jakarta that my unregistered ticket had a change made by Turkish Airlines Paris, it was really bad how they treated me as a customer.
