Puskesmas langganan saya sejak kecil. Bahkan saat sudah dewasa dan pakai Askes, lebih cocok berobat ke Puskesmas yang menempati gedung kuno bersejarah ini. Tapi sejak ada aturan keharusan ke dokter pribadi atau dokter keluarga, jadi gak pernah kesini lagi. Kemarin saat Cek kesehatan haji, melihat Puskesmas ini sudah semakin cantik aja. Tidak kumuh dan terkesan menyeramkan seperti dulu lagi. Tinggal lantai 2 yang perlu adanya penanganan serius. Saya juga penasaran dengan ruangan tersebut.

Perlu pelayanan yg ramah,bukan ngegas yg Dateng itu Orang mau periksa, Sakit ,kontrol bukan pelayanan yg kurang Sopan tolong Etika Pelayanan diRubah,,, Okeeyy !!!

pelayanannya sangat sangat tidak ramah sekali, banyak petugas yang caper dan suka teriakΒ² kalau di depan umum, hari ini ibu saya periksa kontrol untuk cek gula darah tapi dipersulit, dengan alasan nomer bpjs sama nomer ktp beda huruf padahal seharusnya petugas udah tau dari awal kalau nomernya berbeda kenapa tanya baru sekarang, terutama bagian petugas yg sering wira wiri dipendaftaran sambil caper, ibu saya sudah kontrol udah sering dan biasa aja gaada masalah, dan kalau jelaskan dengan nada seperti teriakΒ² sambil ngegas , ibu saya sudah paham, masih aja dia nya yg nyolot, tolong diberi pembelajaran, tolong jangan melayani seperti itu, kasihan orang datang mau periksa biar sembuh diberi pelayanan seperti itu bukannya sembuh malah trauma!
