★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan Tidak ramah sama sekali, terutama yang perempuan,, beberapa kali kesana, tdk pernah puas,,, tempat oke, tolong ya, SDM dibenahi, kalau perlu rolling, totalitas pelayanan pasien itu nomor 1.
Service Not friendly at all, especially women,, been there several times, never satisfied,,, okay place, please, improve human resources, if necessary rolling, the totality of patient care is number 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya tidak ramah, ASISTEN dokter yang PEREMPUAN bagian pemeriksaan umum judess bangettt, saya mau buat surat keterangan berbadan sehat, jelas2 sudah dipanggil dari pengeras suara atas nama saya sendiri, kan otomatis saya langsung masuk ruangan, malah suruh keluar ruangan lagi, dengan berdalih belum manggil nama saya, bicaranya ngotot pula, sambil marah2.
The service is not friendly, the FEMALE doctor assistant in the general examination is very rude, I want to make a certificate of being in good health, obviously I have been called from the loudspeaker in my own name, I automatically went straight into the room, instead I was told to leave the room again, arguing that I had not called my name, he spoke insistently, while angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan perlu diperbaiki, terlebih pada pasien bpjs. Emergency tidak jalan dengan sigap. orang sudah kritis mau pakai ambulance dipersulit padahal parkir 2 ambulans nganggur. semoga segera ditinjau oleh walikota atau pak Gub Ganjar biar diperbaiki sytem SDM nya.
Services need to be improved, especially for BPJS patients. Emergency does not run swiftly. people who are already critical want to use an ambulance to make it difficult even though the parking of 2 ambulances is idle. I hope the mayor or Gub Ganjar will review it soon so that the HR system can be repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masih ingat waktu itu saya mau melahirkan ketuban sudah pecah masuk UGD peskesmas ini tidak dilayani dengan baik malah saya dimarahi karena KTPnya masih sementara, terus juga mau dirujuk ke rumah sakit prosesnya lama petugasnya malah santai2 tiduran. Terus tadi saya baru imunisasikan anak petugasnya tidak ramah sekali?
