- Tenaga medis baik dokter dan perawat cukup responsif dan maksimal dalam melayani kebutuhan pasien,
- Tenaga kebersihan dan satpam bagus
- Makanan buat pasien cukup bergizi dan pemberian sesuai jadwal makan
- Fasiltas rsud utk type cukup bagus kamar ac, tv, air purifer, toilet bersih,
My wife and I experience during treatment 15-22 June 2021:
- Medical personnel both doctors and nurses are quite responsive and maximal in serving the needs of patients,
- Good cleaning and security personnel
- Food for the patient is quite nutritious and given according to the meal schedule
- Hospital facilities for the type are quite good, AC rooms, TV, water purifier, clean toilets,

Menurutt pengalaman saya d sini sya d rawatt selama kurang lebih 8 hari,,
Dokter,,perawatt,,satpam,,,petugas kebersihan y semua y ramah² selalu responsif bgtt klo ada keluhan² dari pasien y,,RSUD teluk pucung bekasi utara,,,RS ini bersih bagus dan nyaman,,,ada ac,tv dan kmar mandi yg bersih,,,D Rs ini sya merasa nyaman dan tenang atas pelayanan dari *DR,Hanindyaa*,,yg slalu membalas wa dari saya ketika saya ada keluhan,,,lngsg d Respon,,, DR,Hanindyaa pun ramah dan bertutur kata y baik kepada pasien sehingga pasien merasa nyaman dan lgsg naik imun y,,,
Begitu jg dgn suster malla sangatt baik dn slalu mendenggarkan keluhan pasien y,,dan slalu mengigatkn pasien y jika pulang nanti jgn lupa sama frotokoll kesehatan jgn smpe kendor☺️?,,,begitu jg suster dewi,,bidan astrid dan pak Rohim sangatt mulia dan berhati baik,,,sekali lg saya ucapkan terima kasih banyak kalian lah pahlawan tanpa tanda jasa,,,saya do'akan kalian sehatt selalu dan panjang umur agar bisa merawatt pasien covid yg lain y,,,????

According to my experience here, I was treated for approximately 8 days,,
Doctors, nurses, security guards, all friendly staff, always very responsive when there are complaints from patients, Teluk Pucung Hospital in North Bekasi, this hospital is clean, nice and comfortable, there is AC, TV and rooms a clean bath,,,D Rs. I feel comfortable and at ease with the service from *DR,Hanindyaa*,,who always replies to me when I have a complaint,,,Instantly Responds,,, DR, Hanindyaa is also friendly and well-spoken y said good to the patient so that the patient felt comfortable and immediately boosted his immunity y,,,
Likewise, Sister Malla is very kind and always listens to patient complaints, and always reminds patient if you come home later, don't forget the health protocol, don't let it relax ️?,,, so do Sister Dewi, Midwife Astrid and Pak Rohim are very noble and have a good heart,,, once again I thank you very much, you are the unsung heroes,,, I wish you good health and a long life so that you can treat other covid patients y,,, ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belum bisa kasih bintang 5 karena belum bisa menerima pasien COVID-19. Yang diterima cuma pasien OTG, yang seharusnya cukup diisolasi.hh
Can't give 5 stars because we can't accept COVID-19 patients. Only OTG patients are accepted, who should be isolated enough. hh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selamat pagi saya dgn ibu dahliana penghuni kamar 201 di rmh sakit umum bekasi utara teluk pucung, alhamdulillah pada hari ini sy bisa kembali lagi kermh dn berkumpul bersama keluarga tercinta saya, karna sy di nyatakan sdh membaik selama sy di rmh sakit alhamdulillah sy di perlakukan dgn baik sekali oleh team dokter, team suster serta dgn petugas yg lain nya respon mereka cepat apa bila pasien ada keluhan mereka langsung respon makanya keadaan badan sy cpt naik imun nya berkat kerja keras team.medis di sana sy sangat bersyukur dinpertemukan oran" baik seperti mereka, semoga allah sllu melindubgin mereka dn sllu di berikesehatan untuk mereka semua sekali lagi saya ucapakan banyak terimakasih untuk Dr, hanindya, suster mala yg baik hati dan tdk sombong,suster dewi yg ramah, bidan astrid yg orang nya sllu care pada pasien juga untuk bpk rohim sekali lagi sy ucapakan byk terima kasih kalian semua pahlawan tanpa tanda jasa khususnya untuk garda paling depan selama pandemic ini blm berakhir, semoga virus ini cepat hilang dari muka bumi
Good morning, I and Mrs. Dahliana, who live in room 201 at the North Bekasi general hospital, Teluk Pucung, thank God, today I can return to my home and gather with my beloved family, because I have been told that I have improved while I was in the hospital. Thank God I was treated with care. very kind by the team of doctors, the team of nurses and with other officers, their response is fast. If the patient has a complaint, they respond immediately, so my body condition can increase quickly thanks to the hard work of the medical team. I am very grateful to have met good people like them , may Allah always protect them and always be healthy for all of them once again I say a lot of thanks to Dr, Hanindya, Sister Mala who is kind and not arrogant, Sister Dewi is friendly, Midwife Astrid who always cares for the patient as well as Mr. Rohim, once again, I say thank you, all of you unsung heroes, especially for the front line during this pandemic, it hasn't ended yet. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . I hope this virus disappears from the face of the earth soon

The place is clean and cold, the doctors and nurses are good, but the man who takes care of the registration is very rude and not very friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pada jam 3 pagi suami saya pengalami sesak nafas,lalu saya mau bawa suami saya langsung ke UGD terdekat dari rumah.. Yaitu di RSUD Sriamur teluk pucung.. Di plang depan sih tertera UGD 24 jam.. Liat lampur dari luar sih emang nyala.. Tapi ko dari dalem pintu digembok.. Saya halo2 tidak ada orang ?♀️ bagaimana kalau pasien2 yg urgent lain dtg kesana ya??
At 3 am my husband had shortness of breath, so I wanted to take my husband straight to the emergency room closest to the house.. Namely at RSUD Sriamur Teluk Pucung. But why is the door locked from inside.. Hello, no one is there ️ what if other urgent patients come there, okay??
