★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BPJS daerah hanya berlaku 3x kunjungan berobat , dikarenakan BPJS saya masih ber Alamat daerah , terkecuali memang kalo sudah pindah alamat ?
Apa karena saya memakai bpjs pemerintah?
apakah memang seperti itu mekanisme nya??

Regional BPJS is only valid for 3 visits for treatment, because my BPJS still has a regional address, unless I have changed addresses?
Is it because I use government bpjs?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Judes² bgt pegawainya, terutama bagian pndaftaran dan bidan poli kia. Serasa d sepelekn sekali,pdhl sdh tugas beliau² melayani pasien dgn sepenuh hati. Tolong d prbaiki lagi attitude dan pelayanannya.
The staff are really Judes, especially the registration department and the midwife at the Kia Polytechnic. It feels so trivial, even though it's his job to serve patients wholeheartedly. Please improve the attitude and service again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ parah pelayanan nya apalagi bagian pendaftaran,katanya vaksin 2 boleh langsung datang ke puskesmasnya,setelah datang suruh daftar online,setelah daftar online besoknya suruh darang jam 8,sampe hampir jam 9 baru di buka pendaftaran,udah daftar di tolak karna ktp daerah lain katanya harus bikin surat domisili,terus gw kasih tau kalau vaksin bebas seluruh indonesia tanpa surat domisili yang penting ada ktp/kk eh malah jawaban pegawainya DI SINI IKUTIN PERARURAN SAYA bukan PERATURAN KAMU,langsung pulang dan walaupun jauh nyari puskesmas lain alhasil ke puskesmas lemah abang alhamdulillah di sana pegawainya baik ramah datang langsung di minta fc ktp di tes tensi dan langsung di suntik vaksin,Tolong pemerintah setempat di tindak dong pegawainya masa kerja di pelayanan masyarakat malah menyusahkan masyarakat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bingung sama puskesmas ini , dua hari lalu saya datang ke puskesmas saya mau vaksin 2 , dan ternyata kata orang sana bilang silahkan datang hari Selasa atau hari Kamis langsung datang ke puskesmas nya. Hari Selasa nya saya datang lagi ke puskesmas dan didepan pintu saya sudah ada yang cegat dan bilang , mau apa mas , mau vaksin ke 2 Bu, oh silahkan daftar online atau via wa ya. Kata puskesmas. Oke akhirnya saya wa dan tidak ada jawaban sama sekali, disana pun saya bilang , kmaren katanya suruh Dateng aja bawa FC KTP , eh tau nya malah disuruh muter2 gak jelas akhirnya saya balik dan cari lokasi lain buat vaksin. INFO NIH BUAT YANG LAIN INI NOMER WA ADMIN VAKSIN NYA YANG SAMA SEKALI CUEK KALO ORANG NANYA . !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagian pelayanan pendaftaran nya tidak ramah . Sudah datang jam 1 mau antigen tidak langsung di data jadi nya sampai jam 2 pas mau antigen malah bilang besok dagang lagi aja ... Ini udah sore kasian petugas nya sudah banyak yg antigen. Padahal petugas bekerja melayani pasien blm waktu nya tutup sudah nutup sendiri di . Dari jam 1 udah nanya di suruh nunggu udah nunggu malah di bilang nutup . Nyebelin banget pendaftaran nya

Bapak saya ngeluh nyeri dibagian perut tepatnya ulu hati
Udh bilang ada gula juga. Minta rujukan ke RS katanya gak kenapa-napa. Nggak perlu dirujuk. Dikasih obat doang obat nueri perut. Bbrapa hari abis konsumsi obat malah ngedrop. Dibawa ke RS ternyata jantung dan skrg udah meninggal. Lain kali apa susahnya sih ngasih rujukan? Apa ruginya sih ngasih rujukan? Semoga pelayanan bisa lebih baik lg. Berbenah lagi ya pak dokter dan bu dokter jangan sepelekan penyakit pasien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau imunisasi anak wajib antigen (gratis) ditempat yg full asap rokok. salah 1 perokoknya petugas puskes.wow. Pdhl mau imunisasi buat cegah sakit paru tp paru² nya dirusak duluan dgn asap rokok dilingkungan PUSAT KESEHATAN. Setelah antigen Masuk ketemu bidan blg mau imunisasi PCV katanya "PCV itu cuma 3x bu dimana mana gak ada boosternya sy ga prmah dgr tuh". Sy jelaskan secara rinci interval dosis pemberiannya malah tauan sy sampe bidan ngira sy seorang bidan/dokter/kerja di RS. Sy ke parkiran ambil HP untuk ksh lihat tabel jdwl imunisasi IDAI. lalu sy msuk lg &sy tanya lg "jd gmna bu bidan?sy keliru/tdk?" Hebatnya ditanya berkali² sy diCUEKIN & DITINGGAL. Lalu sy keraskan suara "YWDH GAJD BU IMUNISASINYA" br disuruh msk keruangan lain ktm dgn atasannya(maybe).Lha atasanya jg ga ngerti jdwal imunisasi dia 1 suara blg ga ad yg namanya booster PCV dimanapun. Dia malah blg PCV udh dr 3thn lalu ada dipuskes bu sy PAHAM(lgsung dibenerin sm bidannya bhw baru 2bln ada di puskes)?. sy tunjukan tabel IDAI dia malah gabisa baca tabel katanya "itu yg warna biru artinya ga ada bu." Sy ksh liat notes dr DSA bhwa next vaksinnya BOOSTER PCV, mrka blg ydwa bu ke RS aja mereka mah kan kalo ibu minta pasti diadain krna ibu bayar.lagilagi mrka ga ngerti bhwa bukan krna pasien minta tp krna emang udh jdwalnya booster. Si senior mlh ngomong kmn² "ada vaksin baru tp pd lupa namanya(sambil tanya bidan,bidannya jg lupa nama vaksinnya?) dan sy ksh tau "itu rotavirus bu.rotavirus itu blablabla. Sy udah yg itu" lagilagi ga terima krna sy lebih tau. Sy akhiri debat & crosscheck ke puskes cibatu dan ketemu bidan disna, bidan puskes cibatu PAHAM BETUL& PINTAR tetang jdwal imunisasi dasar dan tambahan. beliau dpt menjelaskan bhw memang dosis booster PCV blm diberi pemerintah untuk tingkat puskes. Spt itu bu Bidan puskes sukadami. Upgrade lg ilmunya ya dan hospitalitynya payah, sy jujur degdegan krna cara bicara kalian ber3 dan tatapan seniornya yg sgt mengintimidasi. sy ibu muda bukan berarti sy ibu yg bodoh ya. Masa kalah sm saya yg IRT. sy aja hapal jdwal imunisasi dasar dan tambahan. Kalian seperti itu jd kelihatan ga pahamnya sm kerja kalian sendiri.

I explained in detail the dosing interval, even though I knew that the midwife thought I was a midwife/doctor/worker in a hospital. I went to the parking lot to get my cellphone to check out the IDAI immunization schedule table. Then I entered again & I asked again "So what about Mrs. Midwife? Am I wrong/not?" Amazingly, I was asked many times I was ignored & left. Then I turned up the sound "YWDH GAJD MY IMMUNIZATION" and was told to go to another room with her superior (maybe). Also, her boss doesn't understand the immunization schedule. He even said that PCV was already 3 years ago at the health center, Mrs. I UNDERSTAND (it was corrected immediately by the midwife that it was only 2 months at the health center)?. I showed him the IDAI table, he couldn't even read the table, he said, "The blue one means it's not there, ma'am." I thank you for seeing the notes from DSA that the next vaccine will be BOOSTER PCV, they said that if you didn't go to the hospital, right, if you asked for it, it would be done because you paid for it. Again, they didn't understand that it wasn't because the patient asked for a booster, but because the schedule was already set for a booster. The senior is still saying how come "there is a new vaccine but forgot the name (while asking the midwife, the midwife also forgot the name of the vaccine ) and I want to know "it's rotavirus ma'am. rotavirus is blablabla. I've already done that" again, I don't accept it because I know better. I ended the debate & crosschecked to the cibatu health center and met the midwife there, the midwife at the cibatu health center UNDERSTANDING CORRECTLY & SMART about the schedule for basic and additional immunizations. She was able to explain that the PCV booster dose had not been given by the government for the health center level. Like that, the midwife at the Sukadami health center. Upgrade your knowledge again and the hospitality is poor, I'm honest, I'm frustrated because of the way the three of you talk and the looks of your seniors are very intimidating. I'm a young mother, it doesn't mean I'm a stupid mother. IRT. I just memorized the schedule of basic and additional immunizations.
