untuk perawatnya Jangan judes2 yaaa..yg ramah sama pasien apa LG pendaftaranya,senyum dikit gtu?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gatau mesti bilang apa udh terlanjur awal make klinik ini lumayan lama kelamaan pelayanan buruk ga ramah ngegas kalo ngomong apalagi bagian pendaftaran. Sekali digas diem lah kok keterusan pdhl sama2 bayar.
I don't know what to say, it's been too long since the beginning of setting up this clinic, the bad service isn't friendly, it's loud when you talk, let alone the registration section. Once gassed, why don't you just keep paying for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Payah, tidak memanusiakan karyawannya. Kalau dari segi pandang saya perawat nya bagus dalam pelayanan. Tapi mungkin karna perawat sedikit dan pasien membludak, jadi tidak sebanding dan jadi pemicu pelayanan lambat. TOLONG KALAU MEMANG MAU MEMPEKERJAKAN KARYAWAN DAN RATING KLINIK BAGUS TINGKATKAN MAKMUR KAN KARYAWAN DULU.
It sucks, it doesn't humanize its employees. From my point of view the nurses are good in service. But maybe it's because there are few nurses and there are too many patients, so it's not comparable and it triggers slow service. PLEASE IF YOU WANT TO HIRE EMPLOYEES AND RATING GOOD CLINICS INCREASE THE PROSPERITY OF THE EMPLOYEES FIRST.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karyawan di paksa kerja rodi pas covid naik.. Yang sakit di suruh masuk. Masuk jam 9 pulang jam 10. Gak ada itungan lembur. Gaji masih 2 jt.. Harus di laporin ini ke disnaker dan IDI.. Pantes pelayanannya memburuk
Employees were forced to work hard when Covid went up. The sick were told to come in. Check in at 9 and go home at 10. There is no overtime. Salary is still 2 million.. You have to report this to the Manpower Office and IDI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not a HOSPITAL. Mind your self of you want to inpatient here. The internal staff lack of communication and coordination. Late dinner even almost not given of you didn't ask with silly reason. Even the lighting in emergency room use emergency lighting when I came there. No remote for Air Conditioning, when the electricity is down you have to turn it on manually. For me I didn't recomended my family nor friend to come here. They need a lot of preparation.
