★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maaf ya sy kasi bintang 1..Udh ngantri buat Vaksin sinovac, malah ga bisa vaksin dngan alasan kuota 105 sudah full. pdhal udh megang tiket untuk vaksin sinovac dan malah petugasnya bikin greget. Pengaturan nya sembrawut udh ngantri trs dpet tiket eh malah suruh kebelakang lg buat antri pas nyampe meja diabilang kuota full. Kan bikin emosi bambang.
Sorry, I gave 1 star.. I've been waiting in line for the Sinovac Vaccine, but I can't even get the vaccine because the quota of 105 is full. even though I already have a ticket for the Sinovac vaccine and even the staff makes me excited. The arrangement is chaotic, already queuing, then getting a ticket, eh, instead, I was told to go back again to queue when I arrived at the table, the quota was said to be full. It makes you emotional.

Pernah berobat kesini jam 11.00 sudah tutup. Dan ditolak !!
meminta surat rujukan dipersulit !
Pengalaman berobat yg sangat buruk disinii..
1. Service is very lacking
2. HR / staff have poor communication
Been here for treatment at 11.00 it was closed. And rejected!!
asking for a referral letter is complicated!
Very bad treatment experience here..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maaf banget tapi jujur pelayanan nya bener-bener parah banget, bener-bener seperti orang minta minta , padahal kita pake BPJS pun kan bayar iuran bulanan. pas bagian obat malah di marahin bingung deh, minta rujukan juga sulit, kalo ada kendala bukan di bantu malah marah .
I'm really sorry but honestly the service is really really bad, it's really like people asking for money, even though we use BPJS to pay monthly fees. When the medicine section is even confused, asking for a referral is also difficult, if there are problems, they are not helped, they are angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini vaksin di grand residence..anak saya datang jam 6 masih sepi sudah bawa kupon dengan harapan nanti pas mulai bisa dapat vaksin lebih awal.. kenyataan amburadul..ada juga yg daftar online didahulukan.. jadi apa gunanya kupon.. sistem antrian yg kacau... silakan belajar untuk lebih baik dari Bekasi kota dan Jakarta.. walaupun kabupaten jangan kalah seharusnya dari kota ...jam 10 lewat belum dipanggil vaksin..

Gk di vaksin di sekolah tp gk di jadwal vaksin di puskesmasnya, antriannya penuh bgt, parkiran gk ada, prokes nya bodo amat?

Petugas pada nyantai , antrian pendaftaran bener sesuai no urut, tapi setelah itu aburadul yg antrian pertama malah terakhir gliran yg antrian terakhir di panggil duluan. Mana petugasnya ga ada ramahnya sama sekali kalo jawab ngegas² mulu, masa petugas pelayanan masyarakat kaya gini...
