Tempatnya juga ok bersih dan nyaman.
 Overall, starting with the friendly staff, they welcomed patients very well.
The place is also ok clean and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagian loketnya kurang inisiatif . Dan wanita yg tugasnya bantu² itu kurang ramah . Sy datang untuk kb , dan sebelum sy antri , sy sudah menanyakan disini bisa kb tidak? Dan harusnya bagian loketnya ada inisiatif untuk menanyakan apakah sudah divaksin atau belum! . Jgn pas org sudah antri lama² baru ditanyakan .
Sudah kesekian kalinya kecewa bgt sama pelayanan loketnya ,
Tetapi untuk dokternya bagus baik2 dan ramah
The counter section lacks initiative. And the woman whose job is to help is not friendly. I came for family planning, and before I queued up, I already asked here if it could be family planning or not? And the counter should have an initiative to ask whether it has been vaccinated or not! . Don't just ask people who have queued for a long time.
This is the umpteenth time I've been disappointed with the service at the counter,
But for the doctor, it's good and friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pernah terkena covid-19 2 minggu lalu dan dilayani oleh Drg. Ary dengan pelayanan sangat memuaskan, penjelasan yg detail, perduli dan perhatian setiap perkembangan saya dari hari ke hari, namun untuk dokter umumnya disana agak jutek galak dan tidak detail.
I was exposed to covid-19 2 weeks ago and was served by Drg. Ary with very satisfying service, detailed explanations, care and attention to my every development from day to day, but for doctors in general there are a bit grumpy and not detailed.
