Sumpah pelayananan nya sangat buruk sekali puskesmas sepatan ini Singkat cerita saya terjangkit covid di tgl 26 juni 2021 setelah rapid test dinyatakan positif dan langsung ke igd sari asih setelah di kasih obat dari rs sari asih di anjurakan untuk lapor ke puskesmas agar dapat di pantau dan ditangani langsung oleh pihak puskesmas stempat. Dan ternyata puskesmas sepatan baru buka di tgl 28 juni dikarnakana ada jdwl vaksin sluruh gedung Alhasil harus nunggu, saat di tgl 28 nya ke puskesmas malah di bikin ribeud sudah 4kali adik saya bolak balik untuk meminta penanganan seperti obatΒ²n di karnakan obat dari sari asih sudah mau habis dan minta surat izin tidak masuk kerja Tapi malah di persulit, samapai bolak balik Udah kaya pengemis Sumpah benerΒ² kecewa banget baru kali ini dapat pelayanan yang gak layak kaya gini. Padahal tugasnya memang melayani orang yg terjangkit covid tapi sistemnya benerΒ² berantakan dan membuat pasien terlantar

And it turns out that the Sepatan Health Center has just opened on June 28 because there is a vaccine schedule for the entire building As a result, I had to wait, when I went to the puskesmas on the 28th, instead of making ribeud, my sister had gone back and forth 4 times to ask for treatment, such as medicine, because the medicine from Sari Asih was about to run out and asked for a permit not to come to work. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . But it's even complicated, even back and forth It's like a beggar I swear I'm really disappointed that this is the first time I've received such unworthy service. Even though his job is to serve people who are infected with covid, but the system is really messy and leaves patients abandoned

TOTAL WAKTU YANG DIBUTUHKAN SAAT MEMINTA RUJUKAN (Pengalaman saya meminta rujukan Bedah Mulut ke RS Anisa dengan Faskes BPJS Puskesmas Sepatan) 06:30 saya ambil nomor antrian (dapat nomor 1) 08:00 loket pendaftaran dibuka 08:02 sudah berjalan antrian 12, saya menyerobot karna sy sbetulnya sudah sesuai jadwal datangnya, yakni 08:00, jadi diperbolehkan langsung diproses ke poli gigi 08:15 urusan pendaftaran sudah selesai, diproses datanya ke poli gigi Menunggu cukup lama, pdahal saya merupakan pasien pertama poli gigi?? 08:50 masuk poli gigi, dokternya memberi dokumen rujukan, yang nantinya alan diproses lagi di loket pendaftaran 08:59: dokumen sudah masuk ke loket pendaftaran 09:xx : dokumen rujukan tersebut perlu dinawa ke poli gigi lagi untuk ditandatangani oleh dokter Sungguh perjalanan yang melelahkan

Mau laporan untuk minta surat isolasi mandiri saja dipersulit, malah disuruh whatsapp ke satgas, sudah di WA masih tidak aktif, saya tanya ke petugasnya bilangnya sibuk. saya liat ternyata sibuk bercanda dan tidak menerapkan prokes. Padahal suratnya mau dibuat laporan ke kantor. Disuruh besok kesini lagi.

dtg telat..istirahat 11.10wib..pasien sudah menunggu lama..banyak yg d suruh pulang..untuk besok balik lagi.. budaya nya masi buruk..
