★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat menyesal pas ditanya bisa Connect langsung ga antigen ke apk pedulilindungi ? Katanya bisa langsung. Eh taunya sampe 2 hari lebih mau di connect ke apknya dengan alasan server down padahal klinik lain cepet dan bisa tapi di klinik citra bangsa 2 hari lebih belum terkoneksi ke apk,mana penting banget buat perusahaan...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya test antigen di klinik ini, dan hasilnya positive dan setelah saya dpt hasilnya saya mau measukkan ke apk PeduliLindungi tp tidka menemukan fasilitas klinik ini. Sudha hampir 2 minggu saya mau memasukkan test antigen saya to dr kmrn todka menemukan nama klinik ini Sudah begitu saya juga tidak bisa ikut test antigen di posyandu di bilangnya ssaya iskman nunggu giloran dpt jadwal dr puskesmaa, tp di tanya ke puskesmas malah mengambang. Jadinya saya bingung apa yg saya harus lakukan ???

Tapiiii, abis berhasil daftar OL itu pelayanan sesuai no antrian pas dateng.
Dapet no daftar 04, sampe klinik dpt antrian no 68.
Ini tunggu dipanggil kasir buat bayar dulu. Pas sampe pelayanan baru no 40. Dari no 40an sampe no 68 dipanggil itu mayan 1jam lebih.
Setelah berhasil bayar, masih antri lagi buat panggilan PCR.
Luar biasa nunggunya.
Kasir ada 2, tapi proses paymentnya per customer lumayan lama ?

Lahan parkir nya cukup luas terutama untuk mobil.
Lokasi berada di pertigaan jalan pas.
The clinic is clean, the receptionist is very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk, bagian pembayaran tidak ramah dan dokternya pun tidak ramah (judes) terhadap pasien. Pasien tidak di arahkan dengan baik, malahan dijudesin oleh dokternya. Tidak ada minta maaf sma sekali. Jangan fikir pasien itu orang bodoh yang seenaknya di judesin. Padahal saya sudah berkali kali loh swap antigen dan Pcr di klinik ini, tolong hargain pasien ya.
Bad service, the payment department is not friendly and the doctor is not friendly (bitter) to patients. Patients are not directed properly, even judged by the doctor. No apologies at all. Don't think the patient is a fool who is judged. Even though I have swapped antigen and Pcr at this clinic many times, please respect the patient.
