Bagai mani ini..!!?

Udah nunggu lama Krn si Dr2 itu lagi ngobrol entah apa yg diobrolin ? barulah sy masuk dipanggil keruangan jam 9 itupun Krn Sy disarankan oleh dr yg keluar dari poli gigi untuk ketok pintunya aja karna sy blum dipanggil2... Ehh ternyata masuk ke dalam dengan jutek, n muka yg gak enaknya langsung bilang kita gak ada tindakan, hanya periksa ... Helloooo knp gk buka konseling online aja... Burukkk sekali pelayanan khususnya poli gigi ? bukan sprti ktemu seorang dokter

I've been waiting a long time because the Dr2 is talking, I don't know what he was talking about then I was called to the room at 9 and even then because I was advised by the dr who came out of the dental clinic to just knock on the door because I haven't been called... , n the uncomfortable face immediately said we didn't take action, just checked... Helloooo why don't you just open online counseling... Really bad service, especially dental poly not like seeing a doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ maaf saya kasih rating kurang baik karna saya alami sendiri hari ini datang ke puskesmas rengas pelayanan sangat mengecewakan, saya di oper terus ke petugas sana sini untuk menanyakan vaksinasi “AstraZaneca” tahap ke-2
sampai akhirnya saya ketemu entah dengan siapa tanpa dia sebutin nama atau bagian apa langsung menanyakan ke saya “dari domisili mana bu” saya pasti jawab dong “dari pondok cabe ilir pak”
dengan santainya dia ngomong “oh gabisa disini bu domisili ibu di puskesmas pondok cabe ilir kan ada dicoba kesana aja bu” nah saya mencoba tegaskan lagi dong ke pelayanan puskesmas itu “pak saya gak mungkin jauh jauh kesini untuk vaksin AZ ke-2 karna di puskesmas pondok cabe ilir sedang tidak ada jadwal makanya saya di arahkan ke puskesmas tangerang yang hari ini ada jadwal vaksin AZ” dan ternyata masih di persulit juga entah itu petugas apa lagi nyamperin saya bilang “yaudah ibu ke meja depan security aja untuk isi from vaksinasi” bener aja sampe sana di arahkan ke ruangan vaksinasi sama petugas security itu masih bertele-tele lagi karna beda petugas dan sempet di tensi dan pas mau di suntik dosis petugas satunya tanya ini bukan domisili sini ya bu “aduh bu kenapa ribet banget si puskesmas sini harus membedakan domisili antar kota sesama tangerang kan saya sudah bilang dari awal klo domisili puskesmas pondok cabe ilir ada jadwal vaksin AZ saya gak mungkin kesini” dan ternyata bener aja saya gak bisa vaksin AZ dosis ke 2 di puskesmas rengas hari ini petugas bilang “coba senin ibu ke puskemas domisili ibu dlu siapa tau bisa” dengan nada udah cukup gaenak saya ngomong “terus klo domisili saya gak bisa tapi disini ada stok vaksin AZ masih gabisa juga saya kesini” dengan entengnya mereka cuma bilang “dicoba dlu aja ya bu ke domisili ibu nnti gemana” maksud saya gini loh ko puskesmas ini gak paham apa yang saya maksud ya maksud saya tuh klo puskesmas pondok cabe ilir tetep gak ada stok disini tetep bisa atau gak nerima saya untuk vaksin ke 2
sumpah ini puskesmas kurang baik

I'm sorry I gave a bad rating because I experienced it myself today when I came to the Rengas Health Center, the service was very disappointing, I was transferred to officers here and there to ask for the 2nd phase of the "AstraZaneca" vaccination
until finally I met someone without him mentioning the name or what part he immediately asked me "from which domicile ma'am" I would definitely answer "from the chili ilir cottage, sir"
he casually said "oh it can't be here, ma'am, mother's domicile is at the Pondok Chili Ilir Health Center, just try it there, ma'am" So I tried to emphasize again to the puskesmas service "sir, I can't be far here for the 2nd AZ vaccine because it's at the puskesmas Pondok Chili Ilir is not scheduled, so I was directed to the Tangerang Health Center, which has an AZ vaccine schedule today" and it turned out that it was still difficult, whether it was the officer or not, when I arrived, I said "OK, Mom, just go to the security front desk to fill in from the vaccination" that's right. I just got there, I was directed to the vaccination room and the security officer was still long-winded again because there were different officers and I was under tension and when I wanted to give the dose the other officer asked, this isn't your domicile here, ma'am, "Oh ma'am, why is it so difficult for the puskesmas here to differentiate Domiciles between cities in Tangerang, right, I have said from the start that the domicile of the Pondok Chili Ilir Health Center has an AZ vaccine schedule, I can't come here” and it turned out to be true. So I couldn't get the 2nd dose of AZ vaccine at the Rengas Health Center today, the officer said, "Try Monday, mom, to your mother's domicile health center, who knows you can" in a pretty bad tone, I said, "Then if I live, I can't do it, but here there is still stock of AZ vaccine. I can't even come here" they lightly just said "try it first, ma'am, what will happen to your mother's domicile later" I mean, how come this health center doesn't understand what I mean, I mean if the Pondok Chili Ilir Health Center is still not in stock here anyway can you accept me for the 2nd vaccine?
I swear this health center is not good
I WANT A VACCINE LOOKING FOR THE NEAREST LOCATION WITH THE TANGSEL AREA, NOT OUT OF THE CITY FOR EXAMPLE CINERE DEPOK OR JAKARTA!!!
THE START OF THE VACCINE IS MANDATORY FOR THOSE WHO WANT
AFTER MANY VACCINE GOVERNMENT CHANGED RULES TO MANDATORY VACCINE TO TRAVEL WHERE
WHEN I HAVE THE FIRST VACCINE (ASTRAZENECA) WHY IS MY SECOND VACCINE COMPLICING LIKE THIS
PLEASE THE GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES THAT THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD BE ESTABLISHED FOR SOME HEALTH CENTERS SHOULD BE BETTER SERVICES DON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesini mau vaksin booster yang rekomendasi dari kantor. Prosesnya cepat dan ga ada antrian, tiap hari buka untuk umum bagi yang mau vaksin dosis berapa aja. Nyuntiknya ga berasa sakit sih, dan ga perlu diplester lagi. Saya dapet vaksin booster pfizer karena dosis sebelumnya dapetnya sinovac. Semoga efektif untuk menangkal covid 19
