Hari ini untuk pertama kalinya saya dan istri membawa pergi anak ke dokter gigi di Puskesmas Rajeg . Saya dan anak datang lebih awal jam 7 pagi untuk ngantri. Setelah kita registrasi di pendaftaran jam 8 ternyata dokter giginya belum datang. Dokter baru tiba jam 08.15. Setelah itu kita masih harus menunggu lagi, entah apa yg dokter persiapkan di dalam dan baru memulai panggilan untuk antrian pertama jam 08.45. Ok sampai sini saya masih bisa menerima dan bersabar. Sampai saat anak saya di panggil untuk pemeriksaan. Ketika masuk ruang pemeriksaan dokternya langsung bertanya "keluhannya apa bu?" Kata dokter. "Mau perbaikan gigi dok, sekalian mau konsultasi tentang kesehatan gigi anak" kata istri. "Gak usah bu langsung saja di periksa" kata dokter. Setelah melihat gigi anak saya dokternya langsung berkata. "bu ini mah tidak usak di cabut, nanti kalau sering di sikat giginya juga rontok sendiri" kata dokter. "Dok, kalau sekiranya dengan sikat gigi bisa merontokan semua gigi yg rusak, saya tidak mungkin ke doter gigi" kata istri saya. "Ya sudah bu bagaimana kalau giginya di tambal saja, pergiginya Rp.25.000" kata dokter. "Ya sudah dok tidak masalah yang penting gigi anak saya bisa di tangani" jawab istri. "Tapi untuk saat ini belum bisa bu" balas dokternya. Lalu tanpa basa basi doter gigi nya keluar begitu saja. Sebenarnya kami tidak mempermasalahkan kalau dokter tidak mau memberi tidakan, tapi yang saya sesali adalah sikap kurang ramah kepada pasien apalagi ini anak2 yg baru pertama kali ke doktergigi. Jadi tolonglah minimal berikan edukasi kepada anak untuk senantiasa menjagan kesehatan mulut dan gigi. Untuk pihak Puskesmas Rajeg mohon perbaiki pelayanannya terutama sikap dan service saat melayani pasien. Saya menulis ini agar kedepannya tidak terjadi lagi kejadian2 seperti ini dan semoga bisa lebih baik lagi dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Rajeg, 28 Oktober 2021
Today for the first time my wife and I took our children to the dentist at the Rajeg Health Center. My son and I came early at 7 am to queue. After we registered at registration at 8, it turned out that the dentist had not yet arrived. The new doctor arrived at 08.15. After that we still have to wait again, I don't know what the doctor prepared inside and just started the call for the first queue at 08.45. Ok until here I can still accept and be patient. Until my son was called for an examination. When he entered the examination room, the doctor immediately asked "what's your complaint, ma'am?" The doctor said. "Want to repair your teeth, doc, you want to consult about your child's dental health," said the wife. "No need, ma'am, just checked," said the doctor. After seeing my son's teeth the doctor immediately said. "Ma'am, it's not easy to remove it, later if you brush your teeth often, they will fall out on their own," said the doctor. "Doc, if with a toothbrush I can knock out all the damaged teeth, I can't go to the dentist," said my wife. "Yes, ma'am, what if the teeth are filled, the teeth are Rp. 25,000," said the doctor. "Yes, doc, it doesn't matter, the important thing is that my child's teeth can be handled," replied the wife. "But for now can not ma'am" replied the doctor. Then without further ado the dentist just came out. Actually, we don't mind if the doctor doesn't want to take action, but what I regret is the unfriendly attitude towards patients, especially since these are children who are visiting the dentist for the first time. So please at least provide education to children to always maintain oral and dental health. For the Rajeg Health Center, please improve its services, especially the attitude and service when serving patients. I am writing this so that in the future such incidents will not happen again and hopefully we can do better in providing services to the community. Rajeg, October 28, 2021

Surat rujukan di print namun tidak di input di system, sehingga tidak bisa di daftarkan di Rumah sakit rujukan Di hubungi pihak rumah sakit tidak ada respon, dan no telp yang di cantumkan tidak bisa dihubungi

No antrian tidak teratur, pelayanan lama bgt, cek lab jga lama ?tau gini mending ke puskesmas kecamatan yg lain pelayanannya cepat gk hrus nunggu lama

Pelayanannya sangat buruk,jadi ceritanya begini saya ada tugas observasi wawancara di Puskesmas ini,begitu saya memasuki ruangan loket untuk meminta izin wawancara buat karya ilmiah saya di suruh untuk nanya satpam kata petugas loketnya,lalu ketika saya nanya ke satpam saya suruh ke bagian loket lagi,setelah itulah saya meminta izin kepada satpam perempuan untuk memproses surat tugas wawancara ke atasan,lalu kata satpam perempuannya harus meminta izin kepada dinas kesehatan kabupaten Tangerang,yang saya pertanyakan adalah apa hubungannya? Tolong di perbaiki,kalau perlu pecat semuanya pada santai aja kerjanya,lama lama bilangin nih ke pemerintah pusat biar nyaho lu.kalau kata pemerintah pusat birokrasi kita ini ruwet

Minta surat rujukan buat kontrol aja ga di kasih.. Emg bukan org rajeg tp dari rumah sakit menyarankan puskesmas terdekat. Tolong kasih pencerahan buat penjaga yg sudah menolak bikin surat rujukan.. Nyawa yg pertama bukan data..kita pake kartu KIS. Jgn mentang mentang kita pake bpjs pemerintah ya anda bilang harus ke umum..yang seperti ini mh bukan melayani masyarakat tp malah mempersulit..
Asked for a referral letter for control, didn't give it.. I'm not a regular person, but the hospital suggested the nearest puskesmas. Please enlighten the guards who have refused to make a referral letter.. The first life is not data..we use the KIS card. Don't say that we use the government's BPJS, you say you have to go public.

Ngga rekomended banget , security perempuan nya ngga ramah . Masa mau masuk ruang pendaftaran disuruh lepas alas kaki (kondisi lagi pandemi cvd19), sedangkan dia sendiri pake sepatu di ruangan itu ? . Nah sepatu dia itu jaminan bersih apa engga dr virus ? . Saya tanya ibu sendiri kok pake sepatu lalu dia langsung terdiam ngga bisa jawab . Halo pemerintah kabupaten tangerang berbenahlah perbaiki fasilitas publik kalian .

Program vaksinasi utk covid dipuskesmas rajeg sangat membantu terutama utk kalangan umum seperti saya yg nyari-nyari booster, walau ktp bukan domisili rajeg Alhamdulillah bisa dapet booster kemarin tgl 12 April dan hari ini 13 April nenek saya juga dapet vaksin sinovac dosis 2 walau terkendala KTP yg belum E-KTP tapi masih bisa suntik nanti setelah pembaruan KTP bisa datang kembali utk update data dipuskesmas ini kata petugas yg melayani... Untuk lansia juga pelayanan vaksinasinya didulukan dari daftar didulukan satpam screening sampe suntik vaksinnya pokoknya oke deh buat saya pelayanannya... Pertahankan terus ya pelayanannya terimakasih.

Sangat jelek pelayanan nya. 6 orang setengah hari 1 orang 1jam. Dikira ngapain pas sudah giliran istri. Tryta dokternya cuma pada ngobrol sendiri kita di suruh isi biodata sendiri .. pergi ke lab sendiri balik lagi masih di suruh nuggu 1 jam. Gak di kasih kiat2 ga ada suport ketika tanya pun jawaban ya ketus dan ala kadarnya .. dokternya pun pada telat JM 8 masih sepi.tolong di perbaiki pelayanannya ini kan fasilitas masyarakat punya pemerintah bila perlu ganti pegawai yg malas

Tryta the doctor only talked to himself, we were told to fill in his own biodata.. to go to his own lab, come back again, he was told to wait 1 hour. No tips are given, no support when asked, the answer is curt and perfunctory.. even the doctor was late JM 8 was still quiet. Please improve the service, this is a public facility owned by the government if you need to replace lazy employees
