Masalah vaksin. Saya sudah antri dari jam setengah 6 pagi. Sampai jam setengah 10. Belum juga dipanggil untuk vaksin. Ini hanya gara gara antrian panjan g kasihan dengan anak anak yang dibawa atau pun ditinggalkan dirumah. Antrian tidak sesuai banyak antrian bawaan yang pengen cepet-cepet vaksin tanpa harus antri. Apakah begini cara kerja program pemerintah saat ini. Apa INDONESIA bisa seperti ini. Tanya pada pemerintah

Dokter gigi hari ini dan sampai waktu tidak ditentukan tidak bisa tambal gigi berlubang dengan alasan peraturan pemerintah mencegah penyebaran covid19 , tapi sayangnya aturan dari pemerintah maupun informasi dari puskesmas tidak dipasang di dinding yang mudah dilihat pasien. Waktu menunggu yang lama (3,5 jam) tapi hasil zonk n membuat banyak kerugian. Mohon pihak terkait diperbaiki kinerja puskesmas cikupa. Terimakasih

Informasi vaksinasi : - sebaiknya antre dari jam 06.00, - pembagian antrean jam 07.00, - mulai proses vaksin 08.30, - Untuk ktp cikupa antrean 1-150, - ktp luar cikupa 151-200 (wajib bawa surat domisili). Untuk antrean jaraknya terlalu berdekatan, mohon lebih diperhatikan lagi.

Jarang berobat ke sini meskipun tetep ikut iuran bpjs dan kalo gk bener2 sakit bgt, bela-belain jauh tetep berobat, sudah menunggu lama nahan pusing,mual. pas masuk ke poli umum dicek tensi darah aja enggak udh gitu gak dapat skd dengan dalih sakit ibu mah gk perlu istirahat, ya namanya orang sakit ya butuh istirahat lah, teruntuk ibu dokter yg terhormat di poli umum yg gk pake kerudung yg meriksa saya tapi gk bener2 meriksa. Saya benar2 kecewa dengan dokter tsb.

Saya anak sekolah dari SMP NEGERI 3 CIKUPA habis itu saya dapet tugas dari sekolah di suruh wawancara tentang peredaran darah manusia nah kebetulan puskesmas di perumahan dokter nya lagi gak bisa saya kesini langsung izin sama satpam nya pengen wawancara untuk tugas sekolah habis izin pak satpam nya langsung bilang ke dokter umum kata pak satpam tunggu jam 1 ya Yaudah kita tunggu jam 1 dokter nya keluar dan di tanyain emang tentang apa wawancara nya terus temen ku salah bilang aturan tentang peredaran darah manusia terus kayak di suruh ngasih contoh penyakit nya akibat nya pengobatan nya penanganannya sama pencegahan nya tapi temen saya malah bilang tentang penyakit peredaran darah ya memang teman saya salah ucap tapi ya menurut saya dan temen temen saya dia menjawab nya kurang baik terus nada nya marah gitu

Saya pertama kali datang ke sini, kesan pertama saya : - parkiran sempit, ga ada lahan parkir mobil - ga ada yang jaga nomor antrian, jadi saya sebagai pasien bingung karena tidak ada yang mengarahkan. Tujuan saya datang ke puskesmas, mau suntik TT. Kondisi saya lagi hamil, saya bingung harus ke poli mana. Suami saya tanya ke ibu2 loket kasir orangnya sabar, kata beliau di suruh ke poli umum. Jadi kita pencet antrian poli umum. - loket pendaftaran, kurang update ada antrian selanjutnya apa nggak. Karena waktu saya nunggu di dekat loket, sudah gada pasien yang di loket itu. Tapi yang jaga ga manggil2 antrian berikutnya. Jadi saya suruh suami saya untuk inisiatif menanyakan. Jadi langsung lah di tangani. Ibunya ramah sih. - tempat duduk tunggu, atapnya bocor. Jadi pada basah tempat duduknya. Hanya sebagian. - selanjutnya saya di panggil poli umum,ada 3 orang yang jaga : 2 orang yang periksa, 1 yang manggil2. Saya di tanyai keluhannya, sama penjaga yang masih muda. Saya bilang saya mau suntik TT. Terus ibu penjaga tua di sebelahnya tanya lagi hamil apa nggak. Malah saya di omelin harusnya di KIA bukan di umum, sambil ekspresi yang gak enak gitu. Terus si bapak tukang manggil tanya, siapa yang bilang suruh ke umum. Saya bilang, saya tanya ibu loket kasir. Ya gimana orang ga ada yang ngarahin harus kemana dari depan. Dan waktu saya datang, bersamaan dengan antrian ambil sertifikat vaksin. Jadi ya kayak masuk2 aja gitu. - terus saya di kasih surat rujuk ke poli KIA. Sesudah saya masuk, ada 3 orang yang jaga. 1 orang bilang, kok siang ? ( kenapa selalu seperti itu sih pelayanannya). Kalo memang mau tutup mending kurang 15 menit di close aja pendaftarannya biar gada pasien lagi. Biar ibu bidan bisa prepare, cepet pulang juga. Untuk 2 mbak2 yang nangani saya orangnya ga ketus seperti ibu tadi. - ke ruang farmasi ambil obat, yang jaga lumayan lah ga ketus.

So on the wet seat. Only partially. - Then I was called the general poly, there were 3 people on guard: 2 people who checked, 1 called. I was asked about his complaint, the same guard who was still young. I said I wanted a TT injection. Then the old guard next to her asked if she was pregnant or not. In fact, I was scolded at KIA, not in public, with such an unpleasant expression. Then the man who called the caller asked, who said to tell the public. I said, I asked the cashier's counter. Yes, how can people not direct where to go from the front. And when I arrived, along with the queue to take the vaccine certificate. So yeah, it's like entering. - Then I was given a referral letter to the KIA poly. After I entered, there were 3 people guarding. 1 person said, why noon? (why is the service always like that). If you really want to close, it's better to close the registration for less than 15 minutes so that there are no more patients. So that the midwife can prepare, hurry home too. For the 2 ladies who took care of me, the people were not as curt as the mother earlier. - Go to the pharmacy room to get medicine, the guard is not bad.
