★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat2 buruk apalgi ibu2 yg inisal "J" ngomong udh kyk bukan org berpendidikan,marah2 depan org bnyak,harusnya bisa ngomong baik2 juga ngerti,songong amat udh tuir juga,hati2 bu nnti dapet sumpah org baru tau rasa??

2. Pelayanan dari staf yang menjaga nomer antrian juga baik dan ramah
3. Staf laki laki di bagian pendaftaran sangatlah kurang sopan dan nada bicara yang kurang mengenakan kepada para pasien khususnya ibu ibu. Dalam hal ini apabila memang pasien kekurangan informasi ataupun persyaratan mohon diinformasikan secara baik baik dan sopan. Tidak dengan nada bicara tinggi dan seperti mengajak ribut. Namun disisi lain ada 2 orang staf pendaftaran perempuan yang cukup baik dan ramah.
4. Dokter sangat baik dan ramah
5. Apoteker sangatlah baik dan jelas dalam memberikan instruksi
*Untuk test darah lengkap ada di hari selasa dan jumat
*apabila mau vaksin datang pagi pagi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya buruk. Padahal adminnya bilang terkait vaksin disuruh cek akun instagram puskesmas. Tapi apa yg disampaikan admin instagram beda sama di lapangan. Tulisannya jam 7 "sudah" buka pendaftaran vaksin tapi yg dateng jam 7 kurang pun ga kebagian krn kuota habis. Ternyata pendaftaran dibuka dari jam 5 subuh. Yakali pelayanan publik koq buka jam 5 subuh. Admin pun terkesan tidak terima dikomplain masyarakat.
