★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mengecewakan. disuruh nunggu di poli gigi, tapi berkas gak di kasih ke tim poli gigi. jadi antri nungguin panggilan ber jam², padahal poli gigi gak ada antrian sama sekali.
disappointing. told to wait at the dental clinic, but the file was not given to the dental poly team. so waiting in line waiting for calls for hours, even though the dental clinic has no queue at all.

Bad and old service, officers don't seem to understand changes to bureaucratic rules. Problems are never resolved and must be available a lot of time. There are waiters who are very rude and unfriendly.
