★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sy rasa bukan sy aja itu petugas dibagian pendaftaran ketus. Gk ada ramah2nya. Kira2 kalau ada sidak bupati apa gubernur brani gak sikapny ketus gitu. Bukan melayani mSyarakat sepenuh hati tegur senyum sapa. Sy dtg didepannya. Permisi mau tanya. Hadeh itu petugas pura2 gk lihat sy didepan. Tetep asyik muter kursi lanjut ngobrol sama org sebelah. Sy tunggu kalaulah selesai bicara nanggepin pertanyaan sy. Ternyata gk. Sy dicuekin. Sy pindah kesebelah jg sama. Ketus jawabanny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ entah cuma saya yg merasa atau juga yg lainnya,untuk pelayanan pemberian obat lumayan lama..sperti dtumpuk dulu beberapa baru dpanggil..padahal didalam ada setidaknya 3 perawat yg terlihat druangan..
ini hnya saya bandingkan dg puskesmas tempat asal saya..sekian terimaksih.
untuk perawatnya ramah..
whether I'm the only one who feels it or also others, the service for giving medicine takes quite a long time.. it's like being piled up before some were called.. even though inside there were at least 3 nurses who were seen in the room..
I'm just comparing this with the puskesmas where I come from.. thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antrian sangat banyak dan ramai karena banyak yg menggunakan BPJS. Yang bikin saya heran, ruangan ruangan disitu dipasang AC, namun outdoor AC dipasang tepat di depan ruangannya yg dijadikan ruang tunggu. Kebayang dong gimana panasnya dsitu jika AC dinyalakan, apalagi kapasitasnya besar sekitar 1 PK. Heran aja, ini yg pasang AC belajar darimana

What makes me wonder, the rooms there are installed with air conditioning, but outdoor air conditioners are installed right in front of the room which is used as a waiting room. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fasilitas kesehatan tingkat I di daerah Mantrijeron. Halaman parkirnya cukup luas, namun hanya cukup untuk parkir motor saja (biaya parkir Rp2.000). Mobil biasanya parkir di pinggir jalan.
Di depan pintu masuk, tersedia tempat cuci tangan di sebelah selatan dan utara pintu. Sayangnya kran di sebelah selatan kendor dan airnya jadi melimpah ke mana-mana. Saya rasa ini perlu diperbaiki.
Jam pendaftaran sesuai dengan jadwal yang ada di deskripsi lokasi. Pengunjung bisa mengambil antrian pendaftaran sebelum jam pendaftaran dibuka.
Bagi yang sudah pernah berobat di puskesmas ini, mohon membawa kartu periksa supaya proses pendaftarannya cepat. Bagi yang belum pernah, bisa membawa KTP. Staff bagian pendaftaran ramah, mungkin saya pas kedapetan yang ramah.
Bagian ruang tunggunya hanya tersedia kipas angin, jadi terasa agak panas, terutama ketika pengunjungnya banyak. Waktu menunggu diperiksanya cukup lama, buat saya wajar karena puskesmas ini sering ramai pengunjung.
Perawat dan dokter di puskesmas ini ramah dan informatif, tidak ada tatapan menghakimi apapun penyakitnya. Bagian farmasi juga menjelaskan cara penggunaan obat dengan sangat baik.
Level I health facilities in the Mantrijeron area. The parking lot is quite large, but only enough for motorbike parking (parking fee is IDR 2,000). Cars are usually parked on the side of the road.
In front of the entrance, there are hand washing stations to the south and north of the door. Unfortunately the faucet in the south is loose and the water is overflowing everywhere. I think this needs to be fixed.
Registration hours are according to the schedule in the location description. Visitors can take the registration queue before registration hours open.
For those who have been treated at this health center, please bring a check card so that the registration process is fast. For those who have never, can bring an ID card. The registration staff is friendly, maybe I just found a friendly one.
The waiting room only has a fan, so it feels a bit hot, especially when there are a lot of visitors. The waiting time for the examination is quite long, for me it is natural because this puskesmas is often crowded with visitors.
The nurses and doctors at the puskesmas are friendly and informative, there is no judgmental gaze regardless of the disease. The pharmacy department also explains how to use the drug very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to open obsgyn check up service everyday. So far, this clinic only open obsgyn every particular days only. Another days are for contraception services. As addition, this clinic doesn't have USG service so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to come early in the morning in order to get queue ticket. It run out so fast!! And sometimes there is only one available general doctor, which makes you wait for so long. PS: the registration staffs are not quite friendly.
