Pelayanannya lama... Di tambah pasein banyak dok yang jaga hanya 1-2 org saja.. alhasil nunggu lama. Ngejubel di manaΒ² tolong tingkat kan pelayanan nya lagi.... Biar perlu penambahan dok biar yg lain ga nunggu lama kasian

Ugd 24 jam tapi tutup jam sgini orang sakit ditolak bagaimana sih ,pelayanannya parah banget .udah disumpah jadi dokter .klo orang mati tanpa pertolongan kamu dosa seumur hidup dan anda akan mendapatkan karma ,ugd bilang tutup jam 2 sekarang jam berapa baru jam 10.30 jahat banget manusia semoga dibalas sama Allah .
Emergency room 24 hours but closing at this hour sick people are rejected, how can the service be, the service is really bad. I've been sworn in to be a doctor. If someone dies without your help, it's a lifelong sin and you will get karma. The emergency room says it's closed at 2 now. parah banget ya yaampun orang minta surat rujukan aja di persulit bukan main ... awal tahun kemarin saya mimisan terus menerus dalam kurun waktu seminggu , dokter klinik *** yg saya kunjungi menyarankan untuk di rujuk ke rs dan cek ke THT, tapi dokter di puskesmas ini bilang " ini mah pasiennya blm parah cuma panas dalam, tunggu lagi seminggu" pdhl mah lgsng cek ke rs saya ada tumor kecil dan pembuluh darah pecah .. terus 2minggu yg lalu saya di rawat karna asam lambung , sudah check up pertama , check up kedua memerlukan surar rujukan kembali , tapi tidak diberi oleh dokternya jawabannya " ini pasiennya sudah sembuh , cuma mual dan pusing aja, berobat disini aja" sedangkan dr yg di rs menyarankan minimal 3x check up karna harus bener2 sembuh , dan obatnya pun ga sembarang obat kaya yg di kasih dr puskesmas .. saya jg mau konsultasi lbh lanjut sm dokternya ... tolong ya perbaiki lagi dan penanganan nya jgn lama2 ,
It's really bad, oh my gosh, people just asking for referral letters are complicated, not playing ... early last year I had nosebleeds continuously for a week, the *** clinic doctor I visited suggested to be referred to the hospital and check with ENT, but the doctor at This puskesmas said, "This patient is not serious, it's just internal fever, wait another week" but I immediately checked at my hospital, there was a small tumor and a broken blood vessel.. then 2 weeks ago I was treated for stomach acid, I had the first check up, the second check up needed a referral letter again, but the doctor didn't give me the answer "this patient has recovered, just nausea and dizziness, just get treatment here" while Dr. RS recommends at least 3 check-ups because you have to be completely healed, and the medicine is not just any kind of medicine like the one given by the puskesmas.. I also want to have further consultation with the doctor... please fix it again and don't take too long to handle it,

BPJS kesehatan itu normatif, diharuskan oleh pemerintah. Tapi anehnya di puskesmas ini pelayanannya tidak mencerminkan dari pelayanan yang baik. Datang jam 11.50 untuk berobat balita yang demam, tidak bisa katanya karena sudah lewat jam 11. IGD nya ada tapi tetap tidak menerima karena telah lewat jam 11 juga. Sayang banget dipaksa bayar BPJS bulanan tapi pada waktunya butuh harus antara jam 7:30-11:00. Parah bener sakit harus ada waktu berobatnya, kalau udah mau mati pasti bilangnya harus ke rumah sakit yang besar karena lebih lengkap. Cobalah dibenahi aturannya, sumber daya manusianya apalagi, semoga jadi perhatian pak Wali dan Gubernur sekalian deh @BimaArya, @RidwanKamil.
BPJS Health is normative, required by the government. But strangely at this health center its ministry does not reflect from good service. Coming at 11:50 for a toddler for treatment, it can't be said because it has been past 11. The IGD is there but still does not accept because it has passed at 11 too. It's a shame forced to pay monthly BPJS but in time it needs to be between 7: 30-11: 00. Severe really sick must be time for treatment, if you want to die, you must say it must go to a big hospital because it's more complete. Try to keep the rules, the human resources are more else, hopefully it will be the attention of the guardian and governor of all @bimaarya, @ridwankamil.
