★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mengecewakan .. kurang profesional.. pelayanan nya sangat sangat bad. Kasihan org org yg antri kecapean kesel bgt nunggu nya. Tolong dong pihak pukesmas belajar profesional dikit tentang pelayanan publik. Tolong perbaiki Citra yg baik untuk para pejuang nyawa manusia... Saya mengkritik ini karna saya lihat langsung ke tempat nya. Bnyak yg kecewa.. wasallam
 Disappointing .. less professional .. the service is very, very bad. Poor people who are queuing are tired of being really tired of waiting for it. Please, the pukesmas party learn a little about public services professionally. Please fix a good image for the fighters of human life ... I am criticizing this because I look directly at the place. Di papan info depan puskesmas untuk lansia dan balita di utamakan.. tp kenyataannya nol besar..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assalamualaikum, Saya merasa kecewa sekali, istri saya sudah berencana persalinan disini, karena sebelumnya sudah periksa 5x kesini, malah sudah ikut PCR seminggu sebelum melahirkan untuk persiapan persalinan, dan bertanya tentang persyaratan yang harus dibawa jika mau melahirkan disini dengan BPJS, sampai Faskes 1 sudah saya rubah menjadi puskesmas pasirmulya, Ternyata pada kenyataannya, disaat istri saya kontraksi saya dan istri datang tengah malam tidak ada bidan yang jaga, padahal tertulis 24 Jam, saya pijit bel ruangan hampir 10 menit menunggu tidak ada yang buka, ternyata memang tidak ada bidan yang jaga. Alhamdulillah istri saya masih bisa tertolong... Terimakasih...
Assalamualaikum, I feel very disappointed, my wife is already planning to give birth here, because previously she had checked here 5 times, instead she had taken PCR a week before giving birth to prepare for delivery, and asked about the requirements that must be brought if she wanted to give birth here with BPJS, until Health Facility 1 was ready. I turned it into a Pasirmulya Public Health Center. In fact, when my wife had contractions, my wife and I came in the middle of the night, there was no midwife on duty, even though it said 24 hours. keep. Thank God my wife can still be helped... Thank you...

1. Banyak nyamuk. Tolong lakukan penyemprotan rutin mingguan atau bulanan.
2. Tempat bermain anak tidak aman. Tolong perbaiki dan untuk ayunan bolak balik ada kakinya yang patah. Tolong diperhatikan keamanan anak ketika bermain.
3. Buat taman2 dihalaman yang asri dan indah dng tempat duduk .
Keunggulan:
Pelayanan oke. Petugas ramah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagus. Relatif.. intinya klo ada pasien urgent penanganan dan pasien berobat rutin perlu penanganan yg berbeda. Maka registrasi dan antrian nya pun berbeda. Jadi jangan ada perasaan kurang dilayani. Untuk mendukung perbaikan pelayanan tentu perlu didukung oleh sistem yg terintegrasi juga dalam pelayanan. Termasuk informasi" berbentuk tulisan yg mudah dilihat dan dibaca. Seperti jam pelayanan ada di depan gerbang atau jalur info pasien berobat umum dan berobat IGD atau jam kerja nya. Mudah diketahui. Dan ada nomor kontak darurat untuk bagian informasi yg dikelola oleh beberapa org admin.
Klo pengunjung nya ramah, tentu pelayan kesehatan juga sebaliknya.
