Pelayanan yang sangat buruk .. Saya cmn mau mnta surat rujukan balik buat cekup penyakit teroid aja ribet bgt harus ada surat tes teroid dari rumah sakit yang lama dlu .. sementara surat tes teroid yg lama kan udh hilang .. seharus nya sebagai pihak puskesmas mengecek (mengambil tindakan) dan di beri obat terlebih dahulu agar kondisi pasien bisa ditangani sementara waktu .. jangan tibaΒ² di tolak dan tidak di cek kondisi pasien .. pasien datang ke puskesmas untuk mencari solusi agar bisa jadi lebih sehat bukan malah tibaΒ² ditolak disuruh pulang mencari hasil tes teroid lama yang dari rumahsakit lama, udah tau hasil teroid lama nya udh hilang .. ga ada rasa tanggung jawab nya ..
Very bad service.. I just want to ask for a referral letter back for coverage for teroid disease, it's really complicated, there must be a teroid test letter from the old hospital... while the old steroid test letter is gone... the health center should have checked (takes action) and sent it back to the hospital. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . give medicine first so that the patient's condition can be handled temporarily.. don't suddenly refuse and not check the patient's condition.. the patient comes to the health center to find a solution so that he can become healthier instead of suddenly being rejected and sent home looking for the results of the old steroid test that came from old hospital, already know the results of the old steroid are gone.. there is no sense of responsibility..

Prokes nya ga jelas. Kerumunan pasien masih terjadi, tidak jaga jarak. Petugas di front desk luar kurang ramah, ketus. Petugas admin yg urus surat rujukan, meninggalkan meja kerja, padahal masih ada beberapa pasien termasuk saya, menunggu surat rujukan.
The process is not clear. Crowd of patients still going on, not keeping their distance. The clerk at the outside front desk is not friendly, curtly. The admin officer who took care of the referral letter, left the work desk, even though there were still some patients including myself, waiting for the referral letter.

Mau cek lab (non bpjs) aja antriannya... diperbaiki sistem pendaftarannya, ditengah pandemi malah menimbulkan kerumunan. Klo ada staff yang tidak masuk (misal lab), baiknya diinfokan di meja pengambilan no supaya gak ngerjain orang
If you want to check the lab (non-bpjs), the queue is corrected... the registration system is corrected, in the midst of a pandemic it creates a crowd. If there are staff who don't come in (for example the lab), it's better to inform them at the pick-up desk so they don't work on people

Tempat nyaman, pelayanan sangat baik KECUALI DOKTER UMUM sangat kurang terutama dari nada bicaranya kalau menjelaskan sangat menggurui dan merasa paling benar ga mau dengar alasan apapun dari pasien. Dari dulu seperti itu, tolong diperbaiki, sangat disayangkan petugas yang lain sudah sangat baik hanya dinodai oleh sikap 1 DOKTER UMUM. Terimakasih
Comfortable place, very good service EXCEPT the GENERAL DOCTOR is very lacking, especially from the tone of his voice when he explains very patronizing and feels the most correct he doesn't want to hear any excuses from the patient. SANGAT SANGAT PAYAH DALAM MELAYANI PASIEN, BAIK ITU PERAWAT DAN DOKTER NYA, SAMA SAJA! SAMA SEKALI TIDAK SESUAI DENGAN SUMPAH MEREKA UCAPKAN. AYAH SAYA SUDAH SEPUH, JAUH2 NAIK MOTOR UNTUK MINTA SURAT RUJUKAN, PULANG2 TIDAK DAPAT SURAT RUJUKAN, SUNGGUH MIRIS SIKAP KEMANUSIAAN KALIAN!!
VERY VERY SAD IN SERVING PATIENTS, BOTH NURSES AND DOCTORS, IT'S THE SAME! COMPLETELY NOT ACCORDING TO THE oath THEY SAY. MY DAD IS ALREADY OLD, HAS A MOTORCYCLE AWAY TO REQUEST A REFERENCE LETTER, DOESN'T RECEIVE A REFERENCE LETTER, IT IS REALLY SORRY OF YOUR HUMANITY ATTITUDE!!

dokter umum nya payah, td saya jam 12 kurang tgl 17 jan 21 dokter umum nya lebih sibuk ngurusin pasien sebelah saya drpd fokus penyakit saya pdhl udh ada dokter lain buat ngurusin nya. udh gt cmn ditanya tanya doang kaya yg mls ngelayanin nya. tq.
the general practitioner is terrible, earlier I was at 12 less than 17 jan 21 the general practitioner was more busy taking care of the patient next to me than focusing on my illness even though there was already another doctor to take care of it. it's just like asking, just like the one who doesn't want to serve it. tq.
